I liked the convenience of the hotel for my purpose of visiting my family in Toronto The bathroom in room 821 was small.......The hotel sewnt me an e-mail on Dec 8 headed "Seasons Greetings" offering a special rate of $99.00/night but when I arrived at the hotel on Dec 11,I was told by the desk staff that this applied to my next visit! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the recommendations for local restaurants were great. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I was dissappointed that there wasn't more towels in the bathroom. We only had two bath towels. There was no bath mat, washclothes or hand towels. |

Central location The bed in my room was not comfortable, the sheets were ill-fitting. Lamps were not plugged in to the sockets for some reason. There was a book and (expensive) portfolio left from a previous guest, and an unwrapped paper cup in the bathroom. |
