For people enjoying food, it will be a good choice~

The room was adequate and clean. Ordered room service and staff very professional.

When checking out, was told we had a charge of Internet service when we didn't use it - that was resolved but clerk didn't seem to believe me. Then after seeing bill noticed that I was overcharged for room and then was told to go over to computer in hotel to print off booking confirmation to prove it to staff. Did this and found this totally inconvenient. Then had to come back and stand in line. An adjustment was made (I think) - still waiting for it to be posted to mc. Never received an apology and the clerk was rude and said there was probably a mistake when I was booked in like I should have known that.

Convenience. Lovely. Clean.

Wi-Fi should be free, as it is in most other good hotels. The omelette maker was unfriendly and curt. The wait staff at breakfast was also unfriendly and curt.

I found the receptionist difficult to understand. I had booked a King size bed and I was told that I had booked 2 double beds. I was fortunate enough to get a king size bed because there was still availability.

Comfy bed and duvet.

Thursday the hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed the pool and spa. Ate dinner in the beautiful restaurant and my daughter and I had 1 very nice day and then..................................

I stayed from Thursday until Sunday. Unfortuneately when I booked the hotel with my daughter for a quiet relaxing weekend they didnt tell me that on Friday the enire hotel would be filled with very loud, noisy very wild kids. Everytime I got on the elevator from my 6th floor every button was pressed. A couple of times I got on the elevator and kids were having a food fight. Saturday morning at 6am there were kids running up and down the halls making a lot of noise. I complained several times I even open the door and told them to shut up. Nothing worked. The girl from the front desk when I called to complain said "well they are hockey PLAYERS"it was so noisy until 730 when they went to their hockey game. A beautiful fun weekend with my daughter turned into a very noisy unpleasent experience. I was woken again at 6am Sunday morning and I was very upset but nothing seemed to work so I packed my suitcase and at 6:30 am I was in my car driving back to Montreal because I couldn't sleep or relax with all theat wildness. I have no intention of ever returning to your hotel.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very good room service meal, comfortable room with great pillows and duvets.

Not impressed. Room was dirty. Found cereal under bed. Room not cleaned properly for second night and bed sheets were not changed. CFF-3% charge of $5.10 per night for so called complimentary facilities. And the staff were smiling but still not very quick at wanting to remedy the issues when comforted with them. Also a breach of confidentiality by placing invoices with full name, address and phone number only half inserted under door of room the morning of check-out. The room across the hall had the same thing. If someone wanted to steal Internet access they simply use the last name on the invoice and the room number and the guest that didn't use the Internet is billed for it. Not impressed!

All of the staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with a safe and refrigerator. We went to Canada's Wonderland and downtown Toronto and the hotel was very well situated in between the two, with easy access to both.
