Beautiful room(#2) very comfortable, large well appointed modern washroom and separate small room with fridge and coffee maker. Free WiFi. Great breakfast. Walk to excellent local restaurants. Keypad entry after hours. Owner and staff great. A 5 star B&B

Fabulous location in old Lunenburg; friendly and accommodating staff; comfortable room; perfect bathtub; historic architecture of the house.

I think the duvet exacerbated my asthma - but there was an alternative bed-cover which was fine.

I loved Keith, the owner! Amazing service and hospitality. Very friendly.

Downhome friendliness from every staff member. All were polite, generous with their time and their interest in providing the ultimate in comfort for guests and the breakfast was truly a "Touch of Lunenburg". The Friday sail was an unexpected extra and much appreciated. The room was first class with it's deep tub and harbor view. Definately our "go-to" place any time we stay in Lunenburg!

Absolutely nothing! Unless you count that we couldn't stay a second night! Thank you for a great visit.

The atmosphere, it has a maritime feeling it is not frilly. The bathroom in room2 is sepctacular with the choice of colour , the use of wood and the quality of the equipment. The dining area also is special with the expose stone wall. The presentation of the food on wood plank add to that a sophisticated maritime feeling.

Warm greeting by staff/owner. Superb location. Invitation to sail on owners boat which was a real treat and unexpected.

The Sail Inn is a lovely B&B located in the charming downtown area of Lunenburg. It's right on the main street, walking distance to everything downtown and has a great view of the harbour. We loved out stay here, it was quiet, clean and the room was beautiful. It felt like home! The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and prepared by a lovely woman, who even offered to make us bacon and eggs on the spot! An assortment of fresh cheese, croissants, bread, fruits, smoked salmon and prosciutto, I was filled up for the day! A wonderful place, I will definitely return one day soon!

I don't have a single complaint about my visit at the Sail Inn.

Loved the fact that we could go sailing. We went twice during our two night stay. Also loved that we could walk to everything.

I don't have a cell phone and it was just lucky a staff member was available when I arrived.

The room was spacious, attractive and comfortable. The included breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff. The location can not be beat! I would stay here again in a heart beat and definitely recommend it to others.

The hostess Susan was fantastic. Breakfast was amwaxing room nice and clean. And the gentleman in charge of the sailboat was very nice. Had difficulty getyong onto the room since communication between myself and Amanda was difficult. I was on the road so the only way to communicate should have been via email. But once in the room it did not dissapoint

The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

They didn't have our Booking.Com reservation, but fortunately they had a room available (not the room we requested though). They said they were waiting for a response from Booking.com

Did not like the smell of varnish when we checked in. The host fixed this with fans. He could have done the work on a day when there were no guests.

The staff were great and the room very nicely appointed!

The one criticism would be the clutter in the main lobby...it appears that the owner lives there and his stuff is around the main area! But it would be good if he allowed the staff to de-clutter to give the inn the full beauty that the Inn deserves...the clutter in the lower deck took away from the full experience of the inn...it is a great spot but that did detract from the full experience. Thanks!

Der absolute Brüller. Supersauber,tolles Zimmer,top Bad. Superfreundliches Personal. Frühstück wird nach Wunsch zubereitet. Sehr familiär. 150%- jederzeit wieder und nur zu empfehlen. Wer nach Lunenburg fährt sollte hier einziehen-er wird es nicht bereuen. 100 m vom Hafen/Museum/Restaurants.

Nicht gefallen hat mir, daß ich wieder abreisen musste......so schön war´S....

The fridge in the kitchenette area was quite noisy

We liked everything about the Sail Inn. The owner (host) and manager were delightful and helpful. We loved the evening sail. The breakfasts were sumptuous. They had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. The room was comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and had a great view. The shower was particularly good. We arrived without out luggage, thanks to the airline, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in our efforts to find it, have it delivered, and even offered laundry facilities. We left feeling as though we had made friends! If we go back to Lunenburg, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Good location and clean and comfortable

When we arrived,despite our booking on the Internet there was no record that we would be there bc apparently no one had bothered to check the Internet. There was no problem but it was a bit disconcerting.

Room was spacious and bathroom was large and well-appointed. The two-hour sail on the Eastern Star was an added bonus that was much appreciated.

Only one chair in the room. a second one would be nice.

I loved the large size of the room and the large bathroom. The breakfast was really really nice with a large assortment of things to eat. It was the highlight of our weekend getaway!!!!

There is nothing negative to say about this B&B.....
