clean, simple, comfy, available free breakfast. Would stay again for sure. the fridge was unplugged and my mom opened it (not sure why) and it stunk up the room for hours - maybe a box of baking soda in the fridge might be a plan?

The rooms were very very clean, really enjoyed that it was easy to control the temperature. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet stay. The staff was excellent, also the inclusion of soap/extra towels/body soap was more than I expected from an apart-hotel. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend as well as book again. The shower was VERY low pressure and the curtain was way too small so it made for a very cold unpleasant shower. The parking in the front does get filled up quickly, but the alternative parking lot is only a 5 minute walk. Housekeeping entered the room even with the 'No Housekeeping' sign posted on the door and woke us up. Bring cutlery if you're planning to buy food.

The accomodations were excellent, very spacious, very clean. I enjoyed the exercise room. The breakfast was just right. Difficult to locate, perhaps better signage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a residence! There were some spider nests in the bathroom. I was over charged at first since the rates were put in wrong. The staff were very courteous in fixing the problem, however it'll be helpful if they could refund the money immediately rather than mailing me a cheque at the end of the month.

Low rate with free parking and free (basic) breakfast. Large suites, adequate for two couples. Most interesting sites were just beyond easy walking distance; more-costly hotels are closer to the action. Not all parts of the hotel have good wireless Internet access; plan to plug in. Room was spartan: tile/thin carpet floors, cheap desk chairs.

Our suite had 2 spacious separate bedrooms, with a kitchen. It was great to have breakfast included, since the location is not near restaurants and the kitchen does not include a coffee maker or any dishes, but does include a fridge. I will definitely return for future visits and would recommend it to others. I tried phoning a couple of times, Saint Paul University Res. &Amp; Conference Centre at the number I had from my Confirmation of booking to ask a question and couldn't get any answer. I then asked my question on-line. When I got there, they had me down for 2 separate bookings and I was double billed. It was finally sorted out by the front desk clerk, Hopefully this doesn't happen too often to others.

We received two $55.00 parking tickets from City of Ottawa stating unauthorised parking in private property even though parking permit were displayed on dashboard issued from St. Paul's Univ.Residence office. Is there anything can be done about it?

I liked the size of the room. It was quiet and had all that I needed. I stayed for 5 days. Routine continental breakfast with no variety. But, for the price this was certainly OK.

*Friendly Staff *No hidden fees, just $82 (plus tax) gives you accommodation, linens, parking spot(s), breakfast, wired internet. Compared to other university residence, you may pay $16~20/day for parking, $25 for linens, and no free breakfast and no internet access at all. *When the suites are unavailable online, you may go still book it directly at the reception. However, the price difference is $37! ($82 vs. $119)
