le petit déjeuner trés limité dans le choix, pour un établissement pareil on devrait avoir plus de choix. je dirais peut être que c'était le seul point négatif de cet établissement.

Erreur de facturation, ils ont chargé des frais supplémentaires sur ma carte de crédit sans m'en faire mention lorsque j'ai fermé mon compte à la fin de mon séjour. J'ai été obligé de les contacter pour faire les corrections.

The rooms were amazing, it felt like I was in an apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, an amazing experience.

Lack of hot tub.

Best hotel experience EVER! The room was perfect - good design, immaculately clean, great bed, really large bathroom, nice kitchen stocked with everything you would need for a short stay. The staff were very professional and friendly. The light breakfast area is well stocked and kept clean despite the volume of guests. We will be coming back to this hotel on our next stay in Mississauga/Toronto.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very affordable. We really appreciated the wi-fi in the room and the business center if we had to print anything. Television was great, bed very comfortable.We will definately stay here next time we come to Toronto.

We wished there had been room service or restaurant on premises, although Boston Pizza was very nice to us and had good food. Continental breakfast was nice but for a full breakfast we had to go down street to Cora's (excellent)

Nice spaces and decoration.

The design of the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent and responded quickly when we reported excesive noise coming from another room.

We found that the sound proofing between the rooms was poor. Sound proofing was sacrificed for design. One way of helping with this issue would be to provide portable fans in the rooms. This would provide white noise to help reduce the noise coming from other rooms.

Clean , quiet, friendly staff

Big AC , Big TV Screen (both have gave us unpleasant feeling as being too big) and the extract fan in the bathroom is operated with the lamp switch (that means you should keep the lamp on in order to dry the bathroom).

The amenities in the room were great but we could have used an exhaust fan in the bathroom

We also missed the fruit for breakfast. We thought the pool was great "WARM". We could have used a hot tub though.

The pool is nice, but way too cold!!!! I wondered why no one was swimming and I found out as soon as I touched the water!! I think it's really bad to not make it enjoyable - one of my daughters couldn't bare it, neither could I... My older daughter endured for a short time... It was upsetting to say the least - the hotel staff didn't ask how my stay was so i didn't tell them, but I would have!! I have never experienced a pool that cold, it wasn't cool!!!

Guys if you are looking for a clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, nice interiors, decent room price, and a very quiet atmosphere, then look no further, this is the place to be at. I have spent 6 nights at this hotel during new years, and it felt so short and we have been to many hotels before but never felt so comfortable before than this location. You guys will appreciate my honest comments and you will definately remember me here!

Only issues we had is that we couldn't find any at this place! So help me find one. :)

Had all that my family and I needed - one-bed suite with sofabed, kitchen with appliances and cutlery, free onsite parking, free Wifi, swimming pool - and located close to a park. Very good value for money.

The staff was great and everyone was very friendly. I especially like the large refrigerator, dishwasher, and full service kitchen. I had a King Room and this location has been nicely renovated recently. Paying less than $100.00 a night, with a free continental breakfast, was a steal. I also like the safe they had in the room.

I wish the ice machines were closer. I also noticed my room, #277, had a minor glitch with the Cable tv. It was operational, but sometimes the display was momentarily flawed.

Breakfast service

Excellent facilities with good breakfast, the kitchenette was well equipped which was very useful when you are travelling with kids. The front desk was very helpful.
