При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на имеющихся кроватях взимается CAD 20,00 за ночь.

Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was suite with sofa, work desk, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Daily breakfast included. The "whirlpool" feature on the bath didn't function and spit out scum into the bath. It took a long time to get hot water. |

Nice Rooms,great shuttle service.Decent breakfast from 0600 till 1000 hrs. Evening snacks from 1730 - 1900 is a plus. The shuttle drivers speak on the mobile phone while driving and it appears dangerous. |

Great staff and value for money with the room, and you got breakie/tea and a shuttle to the airport. It was a very clean place and the staff were always keen to help. We enjoyed our stay alot! we really liked how environmentally aware the hotel was- the towel service advice,recycling in the room and reminders to turn lights off. Our only point which we didnt understand was why the hotel was using paper plates and cutlery for breakfast? Not a big problem, but didnt seem in keeping with the environmental policies? |

The privacy of the rooms, the atmosphere was very nice. The breakfast was OK, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The extra charges for local rooms. The award winning courtyard was filthy and not cleaned , so eating breakfast outside was not possible. |

The staff are excellent, friendly and very efficient. Maintenance is perfect. Services perfect and wonderful. I score the hotel 95% Unavailabilty of an indoor pool. |

A good stop over for getting to Toronto Airport early the next morning -this was the reason why I choose this hotel and the free transfer made it easy. It was also good to sleep in a very comfortable bed again! I had looked forward to sitting in the courtyard garden but the noise of all the air conditioning units made that impossible. Also not having a restaurant was disappointing. Thankfully there were several very nearby so that we could get an evening meal. |

It was very convenient for me to be picked up and returned to the airport by the courtesy van. It was nice to have a suite for the cost of a room at other hotels. |

Helpful and nice staff, decent size room with separate small living room and kitchenette. Breakfast is good enough and there are some evening snacks on the business days. Great value for the money. Nothing really, this is not a luxury hotel but it gives a lot back for your money. |

Große ruhige Zimmer inkl. Internet-Anschluss. Direkte Nähe zum Flughafen (ohne Fluglärm). Freundliches Personal. Hotel selbst ist gut, die Nachbarschaft ist aber etwas unpersönlich + bis zum Zentrum ist man eine Weile unterwegs. |

Le déjeuner et l'accès internet sans fil gratos Le fait de mettre pour nom à une chambre "suite deluxe" alors qu'en réalité, vous recevez une giffle en mettant le pied dans la chambre tellement ça sent le moisi. L'humidité reste à un point tel dans la pièce que ça rend malade et que vos vêtements vous colent dessus, non seulement parce que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas mais encore que la fan installée dans la toilette ne fonctionne pas. Le service au chambre n'est pas passé, laissant les serviettes usées dans le bain et les draps pêle-mêles. Il y a des bris : le calorifère est rouillé et tout brisé, la poignée reste dans vos mains quand vous ouvrez la porte, le mirroir dans la toilette est décollé...le frigidaire dans la chambre date du début des années 90, bref, un vrai galetas! |

ホテルスタッフがとても親切なのと朝食が値段の割に充実していた。また部屋の間取りが広くキッチン用品が全- て揃っていたこと。ケーブルを借りればインターネットが無料で使えること。 トイレの便器（便座部分）が割れていたのと（使用後）水を流すとものすごい勢いで流れるので便器からあふれ- てしまうのではと心配になった。ヒーターがかなり古く、調節するのにエンジニアに調節部分のカバーを開けて- もらわなくてはいけなかった。 |

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Tranquille. En tout cas, les chambres 333 et 335 étaient bien (demandez à être logés au 3ème étage). Un peu difficile à trouver depuis l'autoroute. Trop de monde au petit déjeuner, il fallait faire la file pour obtenir une tranche de pain, ou bien se lever tôt... |
