The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful

Didn't appreciate the kids sport teams running up and down the hall and stairs at all times of the night on both days of our stay.

Loud noise coming from the stairwell as our room was next to it.

I love the modern decor, spacious living room and separate bedroom. This is the second time we have spent a week at this hotel to visit family nearby.It is more like a condo than hotel room with a kitchenette to fix breakfast and meals if we want to eat healthy and washer /dryer neatly hidden in the en suite to keep up with laundry. Grocery store and shopping centers are within 10 min walk. Fitness room is small for the free weights but you can still get a workout on the treadmill, elliptical or bike. Highly recommended for business travellers and longer stays.

Rooms are only offered for 2 guests max but the room size could easily accommodate a Sleeper sofa option for up to 4 guests.

It was very convenient to a concert that we were attending. It is new and fresh. The front desk fellow was very helpful.

The cover on the bed was so heavy it felt like you had bricks on top of you and couldn't move. I wouldn't stay there again without bringing my own top bedding. We also felt that the price was a little much for the end of November when there was no one staying there....not busy at all. It was cheaper to book through Booking.Com then directly though.

Cant believe how much room you get- like a suite and for a very reasonable price!

Would have liked a pool and exercise room. And hot tub!

We booked a executive king suite, which had a kitchenette and living room, along with a spacious bedroom. This was fantastic value for the price (~$110/night). The hotel is new and everything had a very modern feel and look. The room was clean and everything in the kitchen worked well. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The amount of space for the price was amazing. under five miles to the YXX airport and a large number of easily accessible restaurants was a surprise. Denny's and Moxie were superb options when we were too tired to drive.

Temperature control in public areas and elevators was disappointing. It felt like the heat was on in the middle of summer. Room cooled down nicely, though. It was hard to breathe in the elevator and would be a problem for the claustrophobic if not fixed.

We liked the price of the room. We stayed in an Executive King Suite for the price of a queen room in Vancouver! This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was super clean and had air conditioning. It was about +30C outside so AC helped a lot! Room had kitchenette and washer and dryer. Living room and bedroom. Bedroom was huge!

Things that we didn't like were fairly minor. View was pretty awful, but for us it didn't matter because we were there just to spend the night. Although it was nice and cool in the room, hall was like a desert! Weird thing was that kitchenette had different cooking utensils (e.g. spatula) but no stove. There was also dishwasher detergent there but no dishwasher. We wanted to do some laundry (it was our last day of a trip) and there was no detergent! You could buy it for additional $ 2.50 (no big deal really). Would be nice to have such thing complimentary. But overall we really liked it. And we would definitely come back.

no air conditioner for the first floor and hallways..... Very cold like freezer in the suite. :(

It was a beautiful suite, very comfortable and relaxing, had all the comforts of home, close to restaurants, shopping and convenient for traveling to the Tradex. We loved staying there and would stay again.

My husband is particular about his "toilet paper" and he likes the soft extra ply type so he was a little disappointed about that. It was minor to me.

Fitness room very small.

Very well equipped large suite - everything that I needed. I'm always impressed when the staff remember my name. I will definitely stay there again the next time I need a hotel in that area.

I liked that it was a suite that if I chose to do my own cooking it was available

too far from attractions and I did not have car I would have liked to see more of the mountians

The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Having an espresso machine and fresh apples in the lobby while on the go was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable with full size fridge, stove, microwave. And perfect size dishwasher. The washer and dryer worked incredibly well. It was awesome for our 5 day stay and I would do it again!

Wij hadden de kamer besteld en wat later drong het tot ons door dat we een suite hadden besteld. We waren aangenaam verrast over onze suite. Sandman Kelowna is vrij nieuw, de suite is verrassend groot en het is er heel aangenaam vertoeven. Goed om er langer dan één nacht in te verblijven. Ontbijt en diner in de naast gelegen restaurants, Denny's en Moxie Grill. Of helemaal zelf klaar maken in de superluxe ingerichte kitchenette.

Excellent location - close to shopping, Superstore & restaurants. Very impressive decor throughout. Room was spacious and kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for the price.

The only thing missing was in-room movies. There is no pool and the workout room was very small, but neither mattered to us.

Staff not very familiar with the layout of the rooms. Ie asked for balcony at chkin got to room and there was none, front desk surprised and then moved me to a room with balcony but it was 2ft from front entance. I would have stayed in the first rm with no balcony if she had told me the only avail balcony put me at the main entance-not like I wanted to use it! Also would be nice to have a shampoo btl sized dish soap in kitchenettes along with dishwasher. Thanks though great value
