所处位置满意，出行方便，离斯坦利公园很近。我们定的海景大房宽敞，看得见海，配备有全套厨房器具，沿街超- 市购物适当改善伙食。相邻街坊十分热闹，各种餐饮，各类商店银行。饭店自己有车库，停车没问题。免费提供英- 特网。是一个值得居住逗留的好宾馆。

如有不满意之处，则是加拿大所有宾馆的通病：停车费用太贵，每晚19元加币；Check in的时间太晚，需要下午4点以后，而Check out的时间则必须在上午11点。这与Sandman自身没有关系。

The location is accesible to everything, especially the C train, shopping malls, etc. You can get around easily even without a car.

The room (410) I had was way too low, couldn't see any nice view. Also the room was too small, I was surprised when seeing it considering the cost I was paying. The hotel rooms in other countries are more spacious than this hotel.

They did not accommodate any of my requests. Was not happy with that

Great Location, right next to the C-Train Rail station. Taxi rank right by the door. Excellent food in the Restaurant with very polite and friendly staff.

Lots. Staff at front desk were confusing. They advised that they had no renovated rooms and then after 25 mins of discussion gave me a "renovated" room. My closet was plywood with a bar, there was mould on the ceiling, drapes and curtains were filthy. I didnt take my shoes off the whole time. Elevators and escalators were filthy. No one to help with bags or open the door or call a cab. All this for $300/night. Not impressed.

Parking or the fees, which were not told before I rec'd the invoice. There was a huge issue with people getting their vehicles morning of checkout and many very upset people crowding the lobby. The front desk seemed to find it a bit humorous. The fact you have to go thru the exercise room to get to the pool was a bit embarrassing.. Overall experience was not great and not likely to stay again.

Shower pulses hot water, almost burnt me. Slow room service. Grungy hotel and moxies had dirty feeling.

I like the fact that I was able to leave my family in the room while I was attending a meeting downtown. And I especially like it that I was allowed to do a 3pm late check out; without having to pay aditional cost.

The room was little small and the rugs need to be cleaned.

The staff was nice

I was able to hold my reso. with a Debit-Visa (this is how I generally book flights, hotels etc.) However when I came to check in to the Sandman at 1:30 am they do not except this card and were unwilling to comprimise (i.e. take a large deposit or budge on Sandman policy) .They advised me to call someone to use their credit card ( I couldnt believe this was their soulution-seeking!) They tried to call a neighbouring hotel but they had the same issue.. So we drove through the night in the snowstorm to Edmonton. We will not be returning to the Sandman.

Staff stepped up to fix/overcome the inadequicies of the hotel.

Parking- $22- should have been quoted in the price. Parking- each floor had elevator signs when you can only access the elevator from 1st and 3rd floor. Makes for a long trek up the stairs. On departure day- elevator was out of order. Needs further upgrades

The hotel is out dated...from the 80s. Went to make a coffee and the coffe pot had old coffee and a dirty filter in it. The water pressure in the shower was awful I called down to ask for someone to pick up my dry cleaning and was told no. I asked why and was told rudely " I am here by myself and can't leave the desk unattended" I hurried downstairs to drop it off before the 8 am deadline and there were 3 people standing behind the desk. I just laughed and dropped it off. This hotel is a dump and avoid at all times.....not to mention the vagrants loitering outside all day long

I had a problem with my credit card and the front desk manager was very helpful. Hotel itself has nice facilities like a pool, hot tub, weight room and Moxies downstairs. If you're staying downtown on Calgary this is a grea location

The pool and hottub were quiet lovely (although a bit small and you had to walk through the fitness area to shower and use the locker rooms). Beds were comfortable

I have never given a hotel a bad review before but I actively hate this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! The customer service was atrocious! I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle, which is stated on their booking.com ad, and someone from the hotel called me and told me to call the hotel for the shuttle once I got to the airport. So I did, only to be told by the manager that (1) they don't offer that (2) none of his employees made that mistake (as if I was lying) and (3) that he would be doing nothing about it. No apology either! I had to spend an additional $100 on cab fares to the hotel and back. Every time I approached the front desk the employees looked at me like I was bothering them. You are in customer service and hospitality! Lastly, although it is the cheapest the place in downtown Calgary to stay, the rooms are FAR BELOW QUALITY for what they charge a night. They appear much nicer in the photos only to be let down in person. My opinion: pay the extra bit to stay at a higher quality hotel where you will be valued as a customer.

The staff were amazing! Always friendly we walked out of our room and we had two different people at different times say good morning it was awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they were able to give it back!
