Our previous visit was good at that time we were on the first floor. The shower was very poor and also no water pressure. The temp in the room was extremely hot even with the air conditioning on. We both had the worst sleep ever in a hotel and we had such a busy day the next day so it went poorly.

Basic clean accommodations. Well situated to access the training event I attended. Pricing adequate. I was glad that the Manager was registering me, as she was quite apologetic when I learned about the deposit. She assured me that the deposit would be credited back to my account upon check out. It was. I will think twice before booking with Sandman again. The thinly veiled Room deposit. First I was told that it was a deposit against any one smoking in the room , then I was told that because I did not have my credit card on my person it was a security deposit. Not Cool... I was not aware that hotels or their booking partners levy a security deposit automatically against a person's credit card. This part of the agreement needs to be made explicit in readable print near the top of the web site and on the contract upon arrival at the hotel. it was unnecessarily confusing and somewhat embarrassing for me.

Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Pool was a good size. Location to city center was good. Room smelled musty like it had previously been smoked in. Burn holes in the bedding as well. We had to open our window to air the room out.

location Front staff answer phones while checking in and out. Furniture is old and worn out Bedding is old, most hotels priced like your hotel have upgraded bedding, comforter on bed looked like it was 20 years old. I spent 8 days travelling in Calgary, Saskatoon and PA., I rate your hotel as lowest and it was the most expensive.

Proximity to both the airport and downtown, two restaurants adjacent to the motel, very friendly and helpful staff, and very clean and comortable...not to mention quiet and secure! No issues here.

I thought the room would be a lot nicer for 205$ ....I didn't like the fact you can hear everything like other people's running water, other conversations from other rooms, doors slamming and people talking and walking up and down the halls at 4am... Thought it would a lot more relaxing and quiet in the rooms....

It has a restaurant attached and since we did not have our vehicle with us it was convenient as we were only staying overnight and flying out in th morning. I also like the pool. We chose the Sandman because it advertised that it had shuttle service to the airport. When we were checked in the desk staff informed me that the shuttle did not start until 8 am and I had asked to have the shuttle at 6 am. I was then told that a taxi would only be about $8 so we said fine but to make sure that it was not a small car as we had a fair bit of luggage. The next morning a taxi came and it was a van and when we were driving he told us that the price was 1 & 1/2 times the price. I was not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The facilities in the room were excellent. If the budget permits a small electric kettle, makes it appear home from home. I have stayed for less in Saskatoon Inn, this is your business challenge.

The beds are very comfortable and found the rooms very clean. I booked a regular room asking for a microwave and fridge. When i checked in they upgraded me to a king bed that had a fridge and microwave so that was so great. The one treadmill in the fitness room was making a loud noise when using elevation.

Everything really. Comfortable clean affordable. The gym and hot tub were the best part I'm a smoker so would have liked a smoking room but I understand if they are not offered. Not a big deal

I didn't like Denny's Restaurant. They overcharged me on my bill, and no one could give me an explanation why other than the computer is always right (30% sales tax?)

The staff was friendly and there was no bed bugs -the pool was closed and they did not compensate (one of the main reasons we choose the hotel). -poor maintenance (ice machine broken) -the room needed a good "spring cleaning" (bugs in the light fixture over the bed, dirt in the corners of the tiled areas of the floor, juice box behind the dresser, bits of paper around the exterior of the room that the vacuum didn't pick up, carpets stained in some of the main areas)
