The location was very convenient, and the shuttle to and from the airport was prompt. The room was basic but comfortable, and the beds were good. However, there was no clock or clock radio which is a little odd in an airport hotel.

The hotel advertised a pool, which in reality is a bit smaller than most backyard pools, and a very basic l shape. The posted maximum occupancy of the pool and hot tub area is 10 people! The sign says to take a shower before entering the pool but there is no shower.

Good offering of family suites with bunk beds, easy location to airport.

Venitilation in the Family suite was poor, if closed door to bedroom no airflow to back area so have to leave door open, kinda defeats the purpose of the door.

Very nice hotel. Convieniant for layover flights. Excellent shuttle service.

This is not the hotels fault! Our flight was cancelled and were scheduled to arrive at 3:40pm but did not arrive in Toronto until midnight. By the time we got checked into the hotel and to bed, it was 1:00am. The wakeup call to make our connecting flight was prompt at 4:00am.

The staff was amazing, and the room was clean. It was nice to have the attached restaurant and efficient shuttle to the airport.

I was missing creamer in my room for coffee and facecloths.

The pool is tinyand a real afterthought the changing rooms are on a different floor and require you to walk through public coridors to access the pool hardly ideal especialy with kids.

The staff especially in the restaurants were so nice and friendly. The menu choice was excellent and the prices reasonable

They did everything to make me feel good, after a mistake, so I left happy.

The parking should be free for people who spend 1 night or more in the hotel. It is really 'small' to ask for money for such a service!

Great place for the price!! The hotel restaurant- Moxies,was incredible!

The water pressure in the shower and sink was sporadiac, like it had water in the lines.

La chambre était très bien et le resto-bar est vraiment super...l'ambiance est agréable et le service est excellent.

Nous voulons séjourner 2 autres nuits en novembre prochain mais nous serons 5 personnes. Nous aurions aimé avoir 2 lits double et un petit lit ou bien un sofa lit mais on nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas.

O hotel é excelente, principalmente para quem precisa ou deseja estar mais próximo do aeroporto.

We did not enjoy carrying our luggage down twelve flight of stairs. guest should have priority at the restraint instead of having to stand in line.

The room was clean beautiful decor and relaxing enviornment lobby gorgeous and staff very friendly

We were in the ph so it was very drafty by the windows just cranked the heat and closed the curtains which helped

le prix que j'ai payé (15$) pour avoir zapper les védeo, juste zapper. Donc j'ai payé ce que je n'ai pas vu.
