The room decor was lovely I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning by noises outside the hotel it sounded like industrial bins being moved.

The price was the only thing good about this stay. We booked a standard king room, and when we got there we were put into a room with 2 twin beds, not even being told about this at the front desk, when we went back down she told us unfortunately a tour bus came in, we have been married for 17 years and don't expect to be sleeping along. Also, the hot tub had been down for 2 days and no one had fixed it, this is one of the reasons we booked here.

We loved the pool, hot tub and the suite we occupied. The restaurant was at the same location which was convenient for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Calgary hotel and we were quite impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.

Nice beds and real pillows, not flat. Good air conditioner and comfortable chairs. It is convenient to book online. Senior and single salary persons. We could only afford to stay two nights. Teachers from other provinces should get discounts.

Rustig hotel met alle bekende fastfoodketens in de buurt. Vlakbij de Olympische schans en het Olympisch centrum. Met de C-train ben je in 10 minuten in het centrum van Calgary. Omdat je eigenlijk een soort appartement met aparte slaapkamer hebt is het ook geschikt voor langer verblijf. De kamer (suite) was een beetje klein.

je kunt 's ochtends en 's avonds eten bij Denny's, naast het hotel. Het hotel viel een beetje tegen. De centrale hal is erg mooi en we verwachtten dan ook dat de hotelkamers ook mooi waren, zeker op basis van eerdere recenties. We kregen eerst een kamer toegewezen aan het einde van de gang, boven het zwembad (202). Een erg kleine kamer waar je de chloorlucht van het zwembad rook. Na terug te zijn gegaan naar de receptie kregen we gelukkig een andere kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel. Dat was een stuk beter. De dubbele queen kamers waren beter dan de king kamer die wij hadden. Hadden bijvoorbeeld geen koelkast in de kamer (queen kamer wel). De wifi deed het een groot deel van de dag niet. We bleven er maar 1 nachtje voordat we weer teruggingen naar Nederland, maar ik zou toch een ander hotel kiezen de volgende keer. Het hotel ligt tegenover het olympisch park en een stuk buiten het centrum.

Het hotel is handig als een overbruging mocht je net aankomen in calcary en niet gelijk willen rijden. Er is veel geluid van af de gang, zelf midden in de gang. Er is geen ontbijtfaciliteiten, daarvoor dien je naar het naastgelegen diner te gaan.En goed om je bevestiging bij je te hebben,in ons geval waren we niet eens geboekt., ondanks een boekingsbevestiging van booking.com

Tranquillite J'avais reserve une chambre avec un lit King et ils m'ont donne une chambre avec 2 lits Quen, parce qu'ils n'avaient plus de lit King. De plus, la facturation n'a pas ete tel que prevue.
