    Room was good and the central area was an eyecatcher.

    Hot tub jets were nit working. The hallways were dirty. The route to our room was long.

    Liked the decor, it was nice! Comfortable but the air conditioning unit was not strong enough and it was stifling in the hall ways with the pool inside the interior of the hotel! Plus access to the room was weird.

    Did not like how hot it was, it was very uncomfortable both in the hallways and the air conditioner was not good enough to keep the room cool. The door was not sound proof and wAs actually a gap so very noisy. Bathroom needed some fixing.

    The new tower that house the suites.

    Liked the friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities .

    The wifi in our room often cut out and would stop working .

    I reserve a king room.. and was upgraded to a deluxe king suite in the tower building... Was pleasantly suprised to have a kitchenette as well as a washer and dryer and it felt like a home away from home... definitely would book with them again and would recommend for sure...

    I'm a non smoker, the ash tray bucket on the patio was not cleaned out, but I just ignored that...

    Staff was enthusiastic Dennys downstairs

    Was given an upgrade however ended up being in a room with no privacy as the windows looked onto the indoor swimming pool. Felt like in a prison cell. The staff recommended the upscale restaurant next door and it was HORRIBLE! Uncooked pasta, cold food and the service was below 2nd class.

    1. Poor air conditioning 2. Laundry carts always in the hallways. 3. No room service notice that could be put on door for maids to know when to clean. They had to knock. 4. We've stayed in much nicer hotels for far less money. 5. Poor wifi

    Right across from the mall, Dennys restaurant was great service, fitness room was a nice bonus

    When checking in, the man at the counter could have cared less that there was a customer. Thankfully a nice lady, who was already busy, stopped doing what she was doing and served us.

    My booking was mixed up so manager upgraded us to the penthouse to accommodate my visiting grand daughter. So thoughtful

    Room cleaning staff were very accommodating in working around me and my dog. Location is excellent. very easy to get to shopping and restaurants on foot and anywhere else you want to go to by car. I was put in a quiet part of the hotel with a back entrance nearby that also made it easy on my dog.

    Air conditioning was pretty noisy.

    Unpleasant lobby staff noisy pool area they allow young people to drink anywhere young people jumping off balconies into pool dingy basement room near pool not what they show you on internet

    Location was handy to downtown and the mall. Accessible by airport/hotel shuttle.

    Room was in a low rise section which felt like a motel. Decor/furniture was cheap and worn. Very basic room with poor sound proofing ... Could easily hear road/parking lot noise and guests talking in next room. No continental breakfast included as offered by other hotels at similar price.

    It was a 45 min book in time, I had used Booking.com and even though I had the confirmation on my phone I think it may work in there favour, to take all reservations them self, they now use a main branch to distribute the reservations

    The staff were exceedingly friendly. There is a great selection of food choices around the hotel.

    Our hotel room door didn't close on it's own, it would get stuck on the door jam or carpet leading us to accidentally be left unlocked a couple times. We learned quickly to close it entirely ourselves. Many of the outer entry doors get propped open so there seemed to be some crackheads wandering through the hotel a few times too but they seemed harmless. Also, the parking stalls all seem to be made for smart cars, as we do not drive a smart car or similarly sized vehicle parking was often a challenge. Once we had to crawl across the passenger side seat to access the driver sside after another car parked beside us. Small stalls.

    None

    The front desk manager Leighton byfield is poor in services, unhelpful and like to blame the customers for the mistakes he made in check-in and room change. Other front desk staff are polite and helpful in general, but unfortunately the whole hotel is ruined by this Leighton guy. I don't understand why he can be the front desk manager. Facilities are generally poor and not clean.

    Clean renovated room. Quiet room. Good location across from Orchard Park shopping and good restaurants. Nice views from tower room.

    Lack of parking space, very crowded and narrow spots for the tower rooms. Older flat screen TV. Towels smelled of bleach.

    Having Denny's there was convenient...the staff in the bar were very friendly.

    Our room was not very clean, there was a shrivelled orange in the window..for the price of the rooms the quality was just not what I expected.

    Helpful staff. Good people behind the desk.

    Multiple problems. Could not find my booking. Air conditioner not working. Room not clean. Staff were helpful when these things were pointed out.
