I booked 8 rooms for my dads coming and his colleages, the hotel staffs are extremely helpful, spent half an hour to help one of my guests to open the luaggage. My dad's and one of his colleages rooms' air were not working, but later fixed, the location is great, two bars in the hotel, no shops or stores near by, worth of the money spent because the location is downtown.

We were so centrally located to the many activities we were taking in that weekend. We will definitely book with you again. The ceramic tiles by elevators were extremely noisy, from suitcases, laundry carts, vacuums etc. being run across them. Will get a room away from this next time.

The room was very clean, carpet looked relatively new. Great location, near shopping, Rogers Arena and right across the street from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Moxie's restaurant is located in the building. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. There is a manhole located on Georgia Street outside the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and every time a car drove over the manhole on the very busy street, the cover would lift and bang down and the noise carried right up to our room. This was very annoying and had the effect of disturbing our sleep. Otherwise, the hotel itself was very quiet.

Close to transit. Early check-in was offered. Downtown Parking was reasonably priced. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Short walk to theatres, downtown shopping, and selection of good restaurants. Underground parking stalls are quite narrow.
