I don't like is they do not have a mini bar in the room. If I spend a little more, It can be more convenience & more facilities.

The hotel is in a reasonable location to access most parts of the city using public transport or by foot. The hotel also has pool facilities.

View from room window was just the back of other hotels.

Pretty good location with restaurants, the stadium and transportation nearby. Not far from False Creek and playgrounds/trails. Staff was accommodating to our early arrival and late checkout.

In room WiFi was poor.

Everything was phenomenal would definitely recommend to everyone I know

Quiet room, facing back of hotel, no view though.

Only one bedside table.

The staff where wonderful from housekeeping,front desk and the man in the lobby store.They were went out of there way to be polite and helpful.The room was good,had every thing I needed.I was also grateful for the parking.

There was mold in the bathroom,above the door frame and the grout had some mold as well.

Friendly staff Clean Quiet

The Sandman has a wonderful location - it's close to shopping, Gastown, Chinatown, BC Place. Great value for money. The room was newly finished and the beds were comfortable. Great city view!

The walls could be a bit more soundproof. The toilet was in an awkward location behind the door. Room card didn't always work.

It was clean and the internet was free

the room was small and cramped, in the corner of the city where there isn't much to do, not really worth the price.

Close proximity to our venue

Rooms were a little dated needed some refreshing.

Inspite of the hotel being full of concert goers we did not hear a thing from other guests. The room was clean and comfortable. You can't beat it for the price!

......the bed was a old and could use a change out to a more comfortable one.

economical, great location, comfortable beds and rooms have everything needed, bar fun and good food!

It was clean and comfortable, location was a big factor in our decision as well, perfect. The service was one of the best I've had anywhere . Going to stay again

Our comforter was awfully stinky, had to get it changed

I liked how close to our event we went to. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful.

Cramped room that overlooked courtyard lack of privacy people could see in also I don't smoke and I could smell cigarette smoke from the court yard.I also could hear noise from people in court yard. I booked this hotel months in advance for two rooms that were supposed to be on the same floor instead they were in different towers so it was hard to assist a friend who has a visual disabilty Also parking should be included.

Great staff clean hotel, love the shark club

When we got there at 3:30 it took over an hour to check in. Line up was easily a hundred people. The parking lot was a nightmare with abandoned vehicles everywhere. They were waiting to check in also but had nowhere else to park their car( can't park til your checked in) then we had to wait 20 min to get unblocked from parking lot. The staff said the check in is always like that well they should do something about it then 2 people checking in hundreds of people. Also our hotel room window (rm 515) opened all the way open didn't think that was good because the guys had a few and thought it was ok to sit in the window ledge with binoculars 5th floor windows shouldn't open that far.

shark club was way to expensive,Moxies and the stall was the best

Convenient to Rogers Arena and B.C.Place. Safe undergound parking,good restaurant.

Noisy! Our room near the ice maker and pop dispenser. B.C. Doors slamming and foot traffic throughout the night.

Where it was located to where we had to go.

It took for ever to check in.

Liked that they had parkn for my huge pickup.we were never disturbed once. We r so comn back to this hotel again.

Close to the arena

Location proximity to venue we were to attend.

felt a bit unsafe, door lock not in best of shape. felt like anyone could roam the building after concert event. Although stairway did need key swipe for entry the elevator did not.
