Friendly, courteous staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Not the hotel's fault. People having trolly races up and down the 3rd floor hallway at 3am on Saturday. Someone continually banging the stairwell door at 8am on Sunday.

Dining with my hubby was amazing n friendly service didn't mind he's a cluts:) n front desk was very fun to chat with at sign in n checkout. Btw yay double shower in the bathroom. Make some great memories its definitely worth it came for a monster truck show at rexall, recommend walking we were faster than traffic.

The location to Rexall Place was perfect, with it only being a nice 10 minute walk away. Parking and wi-fi is free and the hotel staff, both day and night were very friendly and helpful. We had brunch in the restaurant and the quality of food, the portions, and the prices were excellent. We will definitely return the next time we are the area.

I found the front desk staff to be excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet but the beds were a most pleasant surprise - extremely comfortable. Nice pillows, comforters and sheets too. For a supposedly non-smoking hotel our room - on the first night - smelled like a heavy mix of stale secondhand cigarette smoke and air deodourizer. Gave me a headache. It was better the second night and much better by the third night.

Close to the countryside of Edmonton. The parking lot has many potholes with water and the carpet in rooms are dirty. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if I am travel alone. The gambling place adjacent to the Hotel attracting people from all walk of life. There are signs telling guests to be seated by themselves in the restaurant yet there are no signs telling guests to show their breakfast coupons ahead of time. I ended up assuming the breakfast coupon was for a buffet breakfast (which many hotels in the world work like that) and paid for my breakfast instead of having a free breakfast. Staff members are nice though.

Location to where we required to be. The restaurant was very clean, the staff there extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. The room was showing many signs of wear and tear. The sofa bed had tears and burn holes in the cushions. The room was a smoking room, which we requested, but it smelled like it hadnt been air out in a very long time. No where in the booking process were we told that there would be a $100 damage deposit charged upon check in. When checking in the staff at the front desk spoke to one another in some other language than english while processing our pre authorization on our credit card.
