Location s good, staff is helpful for most part.
Rooms are small, no on- demand movie channels, no remote in the room when we got there. Service in the lounge was slow.
The location & the facilities were great though the spa was closed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was very, very small
All hotel,s furnitures and location
Was clean and quiet, food was great.
It was a classy place. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The place was neat and clean. We liked being "downtown." We had a good time.
We were surprised that we had to pay extra to park our car there.
- good building, - good rooms
- horribly noisy (next room had dog!), - insanely overpriced for two nights incl. breakfast I paid almost $500 and this in Regina! I have not see poorer value in all of Europe, Asia or North America, - breakfast is average at best (only continental on weekend)
Whats not to like. This is a lovely hotel and the staff were great
It was the perfect stay
Great service and outstanding food and wine selection.
Older hotel that the loud plumbing kept waking me up at night.
traditional hotel with "old world" type of character. Very friendly staff and a very convenient location.
Having to pay for parking in a very small city with an abundance of parking available.
It's a very regal old facility that we usually stay at. King bed very comfortable.
This king room was smaller than the last king room we had last month. Our room had a table but no chairs except an office chair. It took 3 attempts to get an armchair delivered. Not 2 but 1. A little disappointing for the stature of this hotel. 1 more try we think.
The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for attending the Regina Folk Festival. We really enjoy our stay. Oh yes, the eggs benedict were amazing.
No issues. Everything was great.
the quiet and peace for a restful sleep, the lovely ambiance
Lack of parking, the lot was full by the time we got there late in the p.m.
The hotel was great but our reservations were wrong. I booked for July 12 and the hotel had our reservation for the 8th. That is the day I booked online. Luckily we were able to get the last available room
The whole hotel.
It was a really fancy hotel super nice
Not for young couples
Small room Smell of food cooking permeated the room and hallway (7th floor). Paper thin walls meant the people next door disturbed us until we phoned the front desk at 3 am. Only one package of regular coffee for us to share.
Nice location, friendly staff
Room was right beside the elevator. A little noisy, room was small
Room a bit small
The fact the reception for the Simpson wedding was held there was very convenient for us.
Room and bathroom was smaller than I anticipated. I understood the bed to be queen which turned out to be rather smaller than I am used to. Overall I was very disappointed with the accomodation.
The high end feel of the hotel especially the lobby, bar and dining room. Clean rooms and bedding. Large bath tub and plenty of hot water. We have stayed there many times of the past 10 years and have no complaints.
The facilities, in particular the lounge on the main floor. The staff are most kind, efficient and welcoming.
Paying for parking.
View from the room and lobby
Stuff at reception should be more friendly and to smile at least!!!!
guest rooms were nice and clean but a bit small. Washroom was very small - no counter space.
lounge and restaurant were very dated. Older style is fine but lounge chairs were ripped and torn. Carpets were old and dingy.
