The bed I found very comfortable and the decor of the room was a lot more up to date than some hotels I've stayed in across Europe, America and Canada. The breakfast was basic, 4 types of cereal, orange apple juice, tea & coffee and several types of bread were available along with jam & maple syrup. The WIFI signal in my room was excellent, especially as I spent up to 5 hours a couple days on skype and email the entire time with no problems. Breakfast was basic, from what I've experienced in hotels from all over Asia, Canada, Europe and the U.S.

Was very pleased with the front desk service. explained to them that I had called a cab and was still waiting 30 minutes later. They called one and had it there in 10 min.

- Location close to airport - Clean - Reception friendly - Hotel reeked of cigarette smoke - Booked a Queen room and got Double beds - Only way of adusting the room temperature was to unplug/plug the unit - Needs rejuvenation/redecorating - Vehicle Plug-in runs across sidewalk, someone tripped over it and unplugged the vehicle in -30 degree weather

I found the room and facility as a whole very quiet.nice breakfast. Patio door latches not secure ,in need of maintenance and repair,Winter temperature controls awkward and hard to see.

Staff was knowledgeable and made sure that we knew all about the services that the Comfort Inn had to offer. (Continental breakfast, wireless capability, etc.). The location of the Inn not only suited our needs for our trip into the city, it is also very quiet and there was not much external noise of the city around it. The only thing that didn't meet our standards was that the first room assigned to us was not clean when we finally got to the room. No linens on the bed, pet food not vacuumed up off the floor. We were immediately given another room, all was better however both the microwave and the in room coffee pot were cleaned out from the previous guests.

The toilet didn't work and the fridge didn't work either not to mention that the room was cold before going their in few days I called the hotel the persone who answered the phone said "I am very busy right now, but your call is very important for us and we will call you back asap your call is important for us" and never called me back at all. When I arrived at the hotel and I told the lady in the front desk about that she didn't even care at all. Omg I will never ever stay in the Comfort Inn again not even for free.
