Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant service not great. Food quality poor. Value for money not there for food services. Hotel room overpriced as the hotel is getting to be tired looking and needs refurbishing.

Close to the airport. Nice restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is showing it's age. The carpet should be replaced. The carpet didn't seem that clean and the fridge was not clean in the first room we were in ( 714 ) - we phoned to the desk and were given another room ( 736 ) which was much better. The fellow at the desk was very accommodating and very polite.

We checked into a queen size room in the middle of a mob of kids registering for the winter games. The beds were clean and comfy and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the the room was very quiet.

We had a most wonderful meal for dinner the night we were there. We will definitely stay there again if we should be in Saskatoon. YOur service people were so helpful and polite and it renewed our spirits and made us feel so welcome. Congratulations on keeping the quality and spirit of hospitality up at the highest level. I will always recommend your inn to anyone who may need a restful night's sleep and wonderful meals to freshen the body and mind. Thank you again for your excellent service! A patron, Susan Wingfield from Lynchburg, Virginia I loved it all!!!!!

The indoor gardens, with the stone, pools, wee foot bridges were exceptionally beautiful and unexpected. The lobby was very large and also quite nice. The hotel was sold out, I never heard another persons voice, not once! Though I never heard anyone else, it may have been a sound somewhere in the room like howling wind, or what sounded like a toilet flushing every minute or so. The room was very plain for a Superior King room. Bigger bed with a entertainment type unit. No air conditioning 7th. floor room. Never again.

In all the years we have stayed at hotels, for the first time we were given a free upgrade for the night. It was very much appreciated and we will stay at the Saskatoon Inn again because of this service. When you book on-line there should be a place where it tells you whether the hotel accepts the different reward cards. We have a CAA card and if we wouldn't have asked we would not have received the rewards.

When I de-magnetized my room key, the staff at the front desk asked me for id before they re-programmed my card. I travel a lot for business and I often end up needing my room key re-programmed and this is the first and only time that I have been asked for id anywhere. Well done! It is in desperate need of renovation. The room I stayed in is really showing its age, the carpet is stained, the bathroom sink has a lot of putty on from repair work. I normally do not stay at Silver Birch properties as I have found them to be similar in age and in general need of repair. The only reason I booked this week was that my trip to Saskatoon was planned on short notice and my usual hotels were already full.

A Hotel of this nature is only as good as those who operate the facility. This is evident from the moment I arrived to me saying I will see you's again very soon. Cheaper isn't necessarily the best option but rather the quality. The atmosphere is commendable and I really appreciate all that was accomodated for my stay. Well done Staff. The food on the menu is limited for me but I chose the chicken one night and found it to be of excellent quality. I do however have to take my children where there are more options when we do come.

It was the location to our relatives and to shopping if needed. Also, we got the price we could afford to pay for a hotel room.

The desk clerks were helpful and friendly and quick. The hotel charge and the booking.com offer did not correspond. I did not have a print out of my booking but the hotel did meet me half way with the charge. I had trouble with my room key working.... Not a big deal Just wanted to let someone know.

Express check-out was great. The beds were very comfortable and we did like all the pillows on the beds! Our room had plenty of towels. It was a real treat to have the later check-out time of 1:00 P.M. No rush with small children to get them up and going. Sunday brunch was very enjoyable with a wide selection of food items. Would definately go there even if I was not staying there. I think Saskatoon Inn needs to be updated, especially in the pool and restaurant areas. Pool is cold, not really set up for small children and such a maze. You can not physically watch all your children in the various locations without having to move all around. Very dark and really not inviting. I do not like the path to the restaurant, up and down and aroung, almost get lost trying to figure out how to get back to your table if you leave it! I think the vending machines need to be improved on also. Water or juices added to contents and it would have been nice to have a snack vending machine also. I was only on one floor so do not know what is on the rest.

It is near to the airport and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant especially Mike are great!! I did not understand the hours of the house cleaning. I had to wait until after 5 one day to get my room cleaned and I had some company when the room had not been cleaned. The cleaning staff wanted to know if they could clean while I was there and one of the staff at the desk even asked if I wanted someone to come or not as if it was a choice. I love to be in a hotel and not have to make my own bed....what was this choice thing?? I pay a ridiculous amount of money in Saskatoon for a hotel in the first place! There is no such thing as a deal in this city!!

The location was good. Easy to access. The conference that I attended was held at Saskatoon Inn and hence staying there was very convenient for myself and my husband. Meals were good.
