The beds were comfy. The meal & service in the restaurant was fast.

I like the tropical garden near the restaurant.

Carpeting looks run down and dirty. Need to vacuum on a daily basis.

I thought the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby/restaurant/lounge area was very relaxing and the hotel made me feel welcome

I like the distance from the airport. I like the size of the parking lot, it is truck friendly.

Some of the rooms I have stayed in have poor quality beds. The king room on my last visit was very good.

I requested no feather pillows and when we got there the room had feather pillows and they would not replace them so we had to sleep with no pillows because of alergies.

Everyone was so willing to help and please us. When we needed to change rooms very accommodating.

The restaurant was too expensive. It wasn't affordable for eating at the hotel so we ended up going to drive to other places.

The resturant was great & always love the decor --so well kept.

Why was the small fridge in our room just sitting on the floor like it didn't belong?/ It worked fine but seemed very out of place.

The food was horrible - I ate in the restaurant the first night and the burger was dry and the bun doughy. I ordered room service the second night and the lobster salad was hard to eat - I realize Saskatoon is not a place for seafood, but I could still see the marks from the can on the lobster. No dressing and dry. The dark and white chocolate pate was good. You need to revamp your food menu!

Comfortable, clean accomodation

Service in the resteraunt was very slow on March 3rd. Telemiracle was on and not enough staff to keep up. Two hours to get a burger.

Staff are excellent: shuttle driver, front desk and restaurant all friendly and helpful. Location close to the airport is important for me as well.

The general condition of the hotel is "tired". IMO it is need of a good renovation to modernize both the lobby, restaurant and rooms. I would only recommend the Inn to others who require close proximity to the airport. My 'yes' below is therefore qualified on that basis.

Conference was at hotel, thus it was convenient. Staff are well dressed and knowledgeable. Room was clean.

Price was higher than other hotels.

First the staff,when one enters the bldg. The beautifull ambiance , decorations, etc. Rooms good. Food in rest. very good, service as well. Good beds, and great sheets too for a change. I would stay again.

I thought you should have grab bars for elderly people on the bathtub. No perfume in soaps and creams and shampo for those who are allergic, or sensitive. No microwave in our room, although it didn't matter as we were not there long and ate in the D.R.,

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was clean and quiet. There was a reliable shuttle service to the airport. Check in and out was easy. Temperature regulation in the room was great.

There was no bar fridge in the room. There was an extra hotel tax or something like that on the bill (ever so small but annoying). The bathroom was out dated, mostly just the mirror. And, I have recieved tons of annoying emails because I booked on line.

My room was clean and comfortable, staff was polite and professional, the hotel was readily accessible.

Internet access wasn't available within the conference room and there was a ventilator/fan outside my room was squeaky.

I loved the atrium. Walking around the hotel was very nice! Also, the staff was wonderful!

The only complaint I have is the toilet was stained in my room, which was pretty gross, and I couldn't tell if it was being cleaned because it always looked dirty.

the carpet in the room was dirty. i was apprehensive to remove my socks.

Travelled with another couple and got rooms across the hall from one another. We did not get that service last year at a different hotel in Saskatoon.
