One drawback of the house was that the bathroom was downstairs and required climbing down steep stairs in the night. Also, the layout of the kitchen was awkward, as the kitchen sink was across the room from the fridge and stove. The barbeque grill looked like it had not been cleaned after many uses, so we had to scrub it down before using it.
Note: The full amount was taken from my credit card 3 days before we arrived, and an extra $35 charge was added on that I had not calculated with the taxes.
My friend and I stayed in a one-bedroom house. It was located on a private lot with a large grassy backyard area and a view of the ocean. The house was equipped with everything we would need including cereal, coffee/tea, etc. in the cupboard; condiments in the fridge; liquid hand soaps in the kitchen and bathroom; laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. The sleeping area was upstairs, and contained a queen-sized bed at one end and a queen-sized futon at the other. A curtain divider provided privacy. There was a sitting area / t.v. in the middle of the room, and French doors that opened up onto a balcony. It was a peaceful, quiet location.
