Seabreeze Inne  

This is the 5th time we have stay there and we really enjoyed our stay again this time. The rooms are clean, the staff are professionally and want to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Good value on Salt Spring Island near Ganges. Breakfast included.

We stayed 2 nights and they didn't make the beds.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good basic breakfast

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We let them know we would be arriving very late - the staff left our room unlocked so we could let ourselves in at night and "check- in" in the morning. They both phoned and emailed to ensure we had proper instructions. Breakfast was also nice to have - very basic but adequate. I could not get the pop machine to work so Satish gave us 2 free water bottles. Close to town with a nice view.

I forgot my hair shampoo and had to use the little bottle supplied by the hotel. I think they mistook the tub and tile cleaner for shampoo when refilling the little bottles. I swear the 'citrine' shampoo stripped colour from my hair. And no conditioner. The stairs and deck appear to be a bit shakey and need replacing, I think. Everyone someone went up and down the stairs, the building shook. I wish I had known about the Harbour House Inn. For same price could have been closer to town, with a restaurant and live music in the bar.

Lack of privacy: with the curtains open, everyone passing by could see into the room which was a shame - it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the sunlight and the view

The price was awesome! The location was perfect! We were visiting our son who lives on the island and we didn't need to spend a lot of time at the Inne, but it was the perfect facility for us and really was better than we ever anticipated!

The hot tub didn't seem to be in top condition, could have used a good cleaning.

1. The tv needs to be updated. 2. Permitting smoking on the common-area balcony outside our room was a problem, as we had smokers staying in the rooms inn either side of us and their smoke blew into our room. We therefore had to keep the door and window closed whenever anyone was smoking on the balcony. Despite liking the Seabreeze Inne a lot, I won't stay there again because of the smoking issue.

The fact few rooms were rented but we were all put in one area. We had to listen to the squeaky floor above.

I liked the friendly greeting I recieved from the staff on arrival.Rhonda in housekeeping took special care that my room was well provided. Satish, the manager was on top of everything and even drove me into town on a particularly rainy day. The continental breakfast is more than ample and the breakfast room is very pleasant. The Seabreeze in punches well above its weight. Thankyou Satish and Rhonda for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I used the Barbecue area on the Sunday that I was there and it was a real highlight for my family(son and grandson). Great location with a lovely view of the harbour.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, we went in March when it was still cold but the courtyard/bbq area looks amazing! Would love to come back and enjoy it in the summertime:)

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There was a breakfast included that offered a variety of foods.

The room prices are a bit high compared to other places of similar age and facilities.

Staff were personable and helpful, our room was clean and quiet, and was close to shopping in nearby Ganges. My wife appreciated that there were places that allowed smokers to sit and visit while enjoying a smoke. They also had barbeques and a gazebo.

The road leading into their parking lot had poor visibility when turning into or out of it (seemed a little dangerous). Televisions were "old school".
