it was a very convenient option!!

there is nothing I could say I like about this hotel honestly I never experienced such A dirty room for that price plus there was no cups or water in my room what so ever.

the hotel it self was clean and decent but when I entered my room I felt bad for the price I payed there was big black stain spots on the best and one part of my bed smelled an strong perfume that was sprayed on to the bed from before.

It's cheap

Filthy rooms, dirty carpet. There was blood on the comforter. We asked them to change the beddings because of the blood stain and we were told they did not have anymore, awful experience.

The price was good/ staff was friendly/ the set up in thw room was nice, spacious.

There was a strange smell in the hallway like the carpet needed to be washed/ the sheets had the same smell

A lot of space in the room, very clean. Friendly personnel. Very good continental breakfast. We've stayed in the hotel for a week and never we noticed any shortage in food during breakfast. Even though we came before kitchen closes. Very good location of the hotel, though it took like 5 mins walk to the bus station. 5 mins by bus to the Don Miss Subway Station, and 15 mins to the Fincch Subway Station. Very quiet area. We were very pleased with the hotel!

The price could be a little lower.

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was excellent, The location with tegards to my sons lodgings was good. and the proximity to the highway made it easy to find.

I thought, given the vast amount of empty car parking that to charge for parking was a little excessive. There was a group of young people, 50 to sixty in the 8 to 12 age group who were completely unsupervised at the breakfast, they were rude, aggressive, loud,jumping queues, running around when we were walking to our tables with food and drink, taking far more food than they could eat and making the staff and our experiences of the breakfast very unsatisfactory. if such groups are booked in future they should be made to control their children or else their booking should be refused.

I did not like anything about this residence.

There was no internet available in rooms. Even the WiFi in the lobby was not working properly. The beds and the blankets were disgusting. The breakfast was very poor.

The cleaning staff threw all my personal property in the garbage on my 2d day. Denied it that day and only admitted doing it after video footage showed it the 3rd day. Although the op mgr immediately replaced my medication the same day/nite, only after determining my property was thrown out on day 3 were replacements paid for after I had to spend the entire afternoon shopping for items/replacements.

Same as above. Stupid cleaning staff, lack of smarts, comunication breakdown between staff.

What I like is that Seneca Newnham Center is right next to the main road and there is a direct TTC bus to subway, which takes you downtown.

Very frustrating... No internet access at all. Horrible rooms with "ugly grey" interiors and just bed boxes with old tables and graffiti on walls.... Housecleaning didn't do anything even after 4 days, which is the normal standard for changing sheets or towels. Had to make numerous visits and calls to the reception for room service, Got a yelling in return via phone... Will never stay there ever again

Two spacious rooms + kitchen. Very good bedding. Very clean. Decent desk to work on. Cheap parking.

Crowded,dirty lobby cigarrete butts at entrance and hallways carpet were never been cleaned for quite sometimes. The front desk personnel are unprofessional, uncorteus, we felt we are bothering them and it looks like disgruntled employees. I'm so disappointed because I graduated at Seneca College back 1979.

It is located very close to highway 401. Surrounded by lush green fields. Beautiful view

Internet facility is not prompt. It should be open all the time in all rooms, but u have to submit form and then have to wait for 1 to 2 hours to start browsing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and provide a map of areas close by,as I was not familiar with the area. Very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very affordable. Two bedroom suites with kitchen area, including full fridge and microwave. Transit to subway accessing downtown Toronto right at the conference centre. No need to drive. Very spacious outside, lots of trees and grass with picnic tables. Lovely. Employees very friendly.

We had two rooms. One was very clean with new beds and fridge. It was very clean and comfortable. The other room had older beds that were not as comfortable. It was very clean though. The rooms are very spacious and well worth the price. We enjoyed our stay.

The walls in the bedroom where really dirty and one TV didn't work.

A good deal for young travellers on a budget . Each accommodation consists of 2 individual bedrooms and a sufficiently equipped kitchenette. 4 persons can be accommodated easily.

The walls should at least be painted or replastered - to cover all the dents and holes and the beds are lacking a headboard.

It was clean, affordable and it offered free breakfast.
