The room was very stylish and very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was an extra charge, but was well worth the cost and the service was prompt and attentive. It was very handy for the shuttle bus ($2.75 for an all day ticket) to downtown Quebec.

Very comfortable bed. We were asked for a 350$ deposit on the room although the price per night was 99$. There was coffee in the room but you had to pay for it.

Convenient-stylish-good value-modern Nothing much would have liked to have the curtains close completely so the room could be very dark but that would not stop me from returning.

Knowledgeable staff, courteous and helpful as well. Clean fresh rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Washroom door design questionable as it kept leaving the track and locking us inside when closing for privacy.

Very great place. I will come back for sure! There was only the comforter in the bed, I would have like at least one blanket.

The staff is very professional, helpful, and curteous. The facilities overall are very well kept, clean, and cozy and, the rooms feature a modern stylish decor. The adiacent restaurant Le Galopin also serves a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, although this is not included in the price of the room. Nothing really negative to say about the place. Unfortunately it is not within walking distance of the historical city center and to reach downtown Quebec City a car/public transit is required. This however is not necessarily a bad thing as the hotel is very easy to find off the highway right after crossing Pont Pierre Laporte or Pont de Quebec and parking is plentiful and free.

It had a nice bathroom, with a glass shower. Nice tv, nice decor. The bed was comfortable. The exercise room didn't have a treadmill and there was no room service.

I booked this hotel according with other customers recommendations. The room can be small for some people but is very comfortable, the bed is great, the linen impeccable. This is an Hotel Boutique so everything is very new (Nespresso cofee maker, fridge, etc) What I love the most was the bathroom: I would like to have a bathroom like that at home. The restaurant is great, the food is excellent, the breakfast is varied. I will return, for sure! Great parking lot, no extra fees! I think that is not a good hotel for couples with small children

I really appreciated their hospitality at the front desk. I told the agent at the front desk that it was my boyfriends birthday and I wanted to make it special so he suprised us with a mini bottle of champagne, chocolates and a birthday card signed by the whole staff. That was greatly appreciated and really impressive. Thanks again Sebastien for your wonderful hospitality and for being so kind. I think coffee should be free!!!

Just wonderful. The rain shower was a real treat, as was the Nespresso coffee maker. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. The front reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again, Especially considering the excellent room rates.
