friendly staff free parking outdoor pool room was clean
wifi wouldn't work after a certain hour no elevator to our second floor room, not easy when you have kids and many things to take up Locked doors after 11pm
Breakfast: too expensive for the choice that we had and the quality of it. Why is the coffee always lukewarm even when served?
Hotel was good. A little expensive for the quality but otherwise OK.
Poor service at the restaurant for breakfast and utterly expensive breakfast for no choice and empty service pans.
The room was very comfortable and spotless. The wood floors made the room seem much cleaner than when there is carpeting.
We had trouble with the remote control but were able to change the channels and the volume from the TV itself. Other than that, everything was fine.
The comfortable beds. The cleanliness. Option of having a window open and no noisy air conditioner going.
Can't think of anything bad about this hotel.
Staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful
Loved the decorating, a chic modern feel. Comfortable beds and great service. Shuttle to and from old Quebec was handy!
Room a tad small with family with 2 busy kids but doable. Bathroom also small and only one at a time could manage. All in all highly recommended just know accommodations are a bit tight. Also restaurant in site is too upscale for budget friendly families.
way too far from the city advertised free shuttle has only 2 early morning departures and one return at 6pm. This is not fair and should be mentioned on the Internet. We did not stay in this hotel and moved into the city. TRYP Hotel was wonderful!!
It was very cozy place i enjoyed the comfort of my stay...
That there was no indoor pool.. There was not much lounges too...
We were first placed in a room overlooking freeways--this was a no go for me. At our request we were moved to the other side of the building where the view was better and the noise level lower.I appreciated that we were given this alternate room. The hotel is beautifully designed.
The only outside sitting area was a patio near a busy street.
Close to highway. Stylish and hip.
Air conditioning was too loud. Housecleaning was just OK. Wish more towels are provided. No safe provided.
Boutique style, vibrant atmosphere.
Room windows are not sound proof, hard time sleeping.
The bed was very comfortable we slept very well in it. We also liked the shower.
The shuttle times for old Quebec, you need to have more available times to go there and back.
The restaurant - well-known in Quebec and one that locals eat at. Not cheap but worth the money.
WiFi was quite slow.
Room Bed Location Staff Restaurant Pool
Room TV didn't support Hdmi, would have helped with the baby To watch cartoons.
The shuttle service into the city was great since we were there on a very busy weekend and parking would have been difficult. The breakfast was excellent.
Although the rooms were very clean, they were very small....especially the bathroom which did not have enough room for hanging wet towels (and therefore there were not extra towels or tissues, etc.). The carpet on the stairs had not been cleaned and there were stains on it. That was not very welcoming after a long trip and no elevator. The biggest disappointment was that we had left raincoats in the closet when we left, and after calling that afternoon nobody offered to check or call back and after another phone call the next day, they mysteriously had disappeared!
Loved the contemporary style
Could have been cleaner
I like the location and the restaurant.
The room was smaller that I expected and the bathroom small without any place to put over your stuff on although they have drawers, I requested for regular soap instead of shower gel and I put a request note with some money for the cleaner. Never got the soap and our room was not cleaned as she left a note that we had the no disturb sign on the door. I don't know, but we left the cleaning request sign on the door and she even saw us leaving. I think there must be a misunderstanding on the soap request and the money I left for her. Could have been corrected when I informed the reception desk.
When I inquired about CAA member privileges discount I was told that the 10% was already discounted on the price I paid. This was for anyone who booked. So I asked the young gentlemen helping me how this benefits CAA members? No answer. This disappointed me somewhat.
Room too small basically an updated motel at quality hotel prices.
close to downtown
room was not functional at all
Location, good and service were all excellent
Bed was clean
Rooms were like a Motel, no facility small lobby
I called to tell them that we were a family of five and they did not let me know that they could not accommodate that number. They had 2 towels and one of our kids had to sleep on the floor.
