Good wireless internet initially had a problem but they fixed it right away. Excellent water flow in shower.

Location, free parking and lots of it. back from Street so it was quite. We come to Kingston once a year to have a weekend of shopping and socializing. This is the first time we did not stay downtown. We felt for amount of time we spent in the room it was not worth the expensive dollars we were being charged for staying and parking. At this motel it is ground level, it was a beautiful evening, so this motel provides outdoor chairs, so the 3 of us were able to sit outside of our room and enjoyed the evening air. This is something that we could not have done if we had stayed down town like we have in the past . It is situated within 5 minutes of a major shopping mall that we like to go to every year and there were two Tim Hortons within a minutes drive from us to get our morning coffee. Also 300m away was a excellent restaurant " Smitty's" that we were able to get a wonderful breakfast. The owners were very welcoming and have a very clean, Pet friendly, budget prices, comfortable beds and pillow motel. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston, they also have a pool that because of the earliest of the year we were not able to enjoy.

There was nothing that I can say I did not like. If you ask me what can they improve on, I would suggest a coffee maker in the room. However, one person in my group only drinks Tim Horton's coffee so we still would have had to go to Tim Horton's. Also there was no hair dryer, again one of us had one just encase it is not provided, so this really did not matter. As I said this are only suggestions to improve, I have nothing negative to say about this motel.

Service was beyon friendly. The staff could not do enough for us. I have never stayed in such a clean hotel. Will go again and recommed highly!

The staff were exremely friendly and welcoming. They tried their very best to do everything possible to make us comfortable and make sure we had evething we needed. The rooms was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

Nothing to complain about.

The owners were extremely friendly. Since it was the off-season, and they weren't busy, they upgraded our room from a queen-size bed to a king-size. They also take pets, which was a necessity for us. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely stay there again. The summer facilities are great - an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a basketball net. It would be fantastic for a family.

No coffee machine

I travelled with my son to the city and stayed in the motel for one night. I found it was located at a convenient place, minutes’ driving to the 401 or the Queen’s University. My room was very clean and quiet; the rate was inexpensive for the stay. I was quite impressive that the owner was very friendly, we have a nice chat and she also provided me lot info about the city. I was pleasant with the stay and happy to introduce the place to my friends.

I thought the temperature in the room was continuously cozy and it was in the single digits outside! The bed was comfortable. Bathroom shiny clean. For a one-night budget stay it was ideal! The staff is enthusiastic and wants your stay to be pleasant!

excellent service as we arrived in the biggest storm of the decade and our doorway was shovelled regularly and the parking lot kept clean which was very hard to do because of the amount of snow that hit kingston.the owners were excellent and very friendly and would diffently stay there again.rooms were very clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and had nice furniture including a sofs and a good desk. We would certainly stay there again when visiting Kingston.

shower head was not adjustable....needs a hand shower...locks on door not very secure...no chain etc no kettle to boil water for coffee

Clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Good location. The heating and air conditioning work well. Without luxury everything that you need when you travel for leisure or work. This is the second time we were in the hotel and we will go again.
