Loved it all!
Lobby ambiance Pool - it's 25 m, perfect for lap swimming Yoga studio Hotel bar Attentive hotel staff
We had a great stay. It was clean and comfortable and very pet friendly.
The valet scratched our rental car and to get any written form of responsibility took 3 hours with the securities manager dealing with the rental agency because they couldn't get a hold of the general manager (it was new years day). The policy needs to change regarding letting a customer have a copy of an incident report. Currently you can't even see it never mind have a copy to give to a rental agency.
Generally friendly helpful staff.
Room service only provided a cup of coffee. Not a pot of coffee as we'd expected.
Bedding and pillows (the best) Service - friendly and efficient The atmosphere Turn down service
The fact that we were there for a short time - we will be back again!
you can't go wrong with this hotel very nice lobby with life music every evening
I simply stated in the booking that we were staying for an anniversary: they upgraded our room, provided a bottle of wine, and chocolate dessert upon our arrival.
Everything in the hotel was excellent from the chek in till the check out , friendly staff, great room and great service...it was a nice stay sure I will recommend to others.
Expensive parking, drinks...
I didnt sleep one wink because it was soooo dry in the room. I drank so much water and it didnt help.
We booked 2 X 1 bedroom suites as we have a 15 year old and a 2 year old. So we were able to spread out. We were given side by side rooms, thanks to Judy at reception. We were treated graciously and loved the rooms. Room service was also very fast the food was really good. We also ate at their restaurant Bosk, were the service and food was outstanding. All the servers were very knowledgeable, gracious - were were taken care of by Trevor who was fantastic made sure we had a great time. The last time we came to Toronto we booked the Four Seasons and it was more expensive. The service was haughty, and the rooms were old. I highly recommend Shangri-la!
That the rooms were not 'connecting' but rather, side by side. It would have been nice to have that bonus.
The room iPad to control the room lighting, AC etc
The valet parking overpriced.
Room lay out
Located on a busy street.
Staff are exceptionally well-trained.
The rooms were big and comfortable, with a great bath and shower in the en-suite. The pool area was lovely, the private cabanas were nice and it was very quiet in the mornings for a relaxing swim. Perfect location close to the metro, streetcars and 15 minutes from the CN tower. The piano player in the lobby was very good.
The hair dryer in the bathroom had a really short cord, which made it really difficult to dry my hair. It's a small thing but annoying when everything else was so well thought out. The lobby area was very busy in the evenings and was slightly intimidating, with so many non guests there.
Service by the Staff was amazing
Construction in the street outside hotel
Lobby, food and love lively
Breakfast table needed a reservation regardless if you are a guest in the hotel!
I have stayed in several Toronto hotels. This is by far the best. Beautifully appointed, the staff are helpful and courteous and the bed is extremely comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms. I would always try and stay here when in Toronto.
I love the smell of the hotel when I first get in ... they all smell the same and it makes me feel at home :) I love the five oclock tea in the evening that is served in Wedgwood tea sets
Valet parking Beautiful interior Super friendly staff
That their was always someone there to help you and take care of you, clean and great location
Room was quite small(
Clean hotel, interesting rooms. Good location.
Very rude staff. Way too much security. Non-welcoming in many aspects.
The pool. The hot tub. The room. The facilities. The staff. Amazing place!
We booked 2 rooms at the rate of $565 each room for two nights on 8/6 and 8/7. We were informed there were no reservations from us upon our late arrival ( 10PM). We were arranged for 2 rooms 2 hours later after providing them the copies of confirmations from booking.com. However, the rate raise up to $650 instead of $585. We paid because we need the rooms to stay - it was midnight by then. We always stay at Shangri-La during our travel.
