We were late getting there as our train was late and had a reservation at the CN Tower 360 restaurant. They contacted them and arranged everything for us and we still managed to get there. The leisure facilities were very good too. |

Great room... Good central location Pool area too busy with children. An adult only area would be nice. Very noisy at night in the hall ways. Needs better security in halls at night. |

We thought the room was very well thought out, clean, conveniently located, secure. We went to the bistro for breakfast. The order was messed up, the waiter had an appauling attitude. It was very expensive and the food was not all that good. |

The suite was great, everything you needed, the hotel also had everything within that you would need. Its location in the city was great close to events, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance |

I liked that I got to stay at a 4* hotel but paid 2* prices. Love the pool/gym area... the clean, white duvets on the bed. |

The sophisticated taste our room was designed with, the surprisingly friendly, kind and helpful staff and the excellent location. There was not one thing I would suggest to change about the hotel. One of the best experiences I`ve ever had in a hotel. Thank you. |

I enjoyed the peace and quite. The hotel was also very convient for the subway, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. I was amazed at the quietness of the room. The view was amazing from our room. |

nothing - would not stay again Lots of extra charges that are hidden. The room was not that great for what I expected.Front desk was very busy- no time to help or listen to the guests. After I left I forgot a brush. They told me they could not find it and then I received it by courier with a bill for $72 for the courier cost, Which I was not told they found it or were they couriering for $72.00 The brush cost me $12.00 |
