Sheraton Centre123 Queen Street West, Financial District, M5H 2M9 Toronto (Show map) Very good, Score from 162 reviews“My stay at the Sheraton was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The fact that shopping was available without having to go out in the elements was a pleasant surprise. The waterfall located in the lobby was beautiful and tranquil. It was everything that i had ever heard that it was. This is a hotel that i will be returning to as it had everything i could want within walking distance.”

The location in Toronto is outstanding. Main restaurant and bar closed. It would have been nice to have been informed of that prior to us booking with them. Big omission. Hard to understand why they would begin a big renovation in December. Also, the suite we stayed in had only plastic glasses. Really tacky given it was an upgraded suite.

It is not a complait against the Sheraton but on your web site it states that the parking is $19.95 per day and in fact it is $45.00 not cool!

Close to Nathan Phillip Square for skating (maybe next year); quick walk to acc - large room - great balcony - will definitely come back. There should be a fan in the bathroom. No phonebook in the room.

Excellent location, attractive lobby and prompt, polite desk service. Very comfortable bed; ample space in room and fine view (south facing) of the downtown cityscape. Space below room door lets in noise from corridor and vice-versa, undermining sense of privacy. Some slight signs of wear in the room, E.G. signs of rust on bathroom door hinges and heat register. Windows due for a cleaning.

I enjoyed the location and view from my hotel room which overlooked nathan phillips square. I also enjoyed the fact that it was connected to eaton centre and everything was so accessible. The staff were very friendly and prompt to serve us. The waffles at the bistro were delicious. The parking was a bit expensive I think. But thats the cost of downtown parking I guess.

Was happy our initial compliant about a room that obviously had a smoker in it was taken care of right away and we were given a new room The hotel was tired -more so since our last stay there a couple of years ago - rooms need to be updated The fitness room was under renovation but alternate room was available with equipment The pool was cold - I understand it is an indoor/outdoor pool however the temperature should have been higher - was too cold to enjoy Wish they would get up to standards of other hotels with 2 queen beds rather than 2 doubles

I was glad they let us use a change room for nursing infants, even after we had checked out. The beds were very comfortable and we used the luggage hold room too. The location was great, we really liked watching the skating, and we were within walking distance to the train station. Our check in and out was great too.

I liked the location a lot. I stayed for the night to celebrate my birthday. When I was checking in they upgraded our room because it was my birthday. It was appreciated greatly! Apparently there was a gun found in one of the room when we came back to the hotel later that evening. We had no idea until we saw the news the next day! I'm glad that they were able to keep the hotel running without much disruption.
