Sheraton Centre

とにかく、スタッフの多いところでした。何か、聞きたいときは、そこらじゅうに誰かいるので、とてもラッキ- ーでした。ホテルの中のステーキハウスは、食べ物が２０パーセント引きで、お肉も、サーモンも、とても美味- でした。朝食は、おなかがすいていないときは、考えて注文したほうがいいと思います。ショッピングモールが- 近くにあり、早くもバーゲンでした。土曜日は市場(セントローレンスマーケット）が朝５時からあいていて、- 食材が豊富でした。ソコも歩いていける距離です。途中にいろんな教会などがあり、面白かったです。公園には- リスがいて、びっくりしました。

ベッドの高さが外人さん仕様ですごく高く、母は上るために、バスにあったプラスチックの箱で台を作りました- 。安定が悪いので、夜中に気づいて、フロントになにかステップがないか聞きにいきました。結局なかったので- すが、イエローページを３冊(部屋には２冊あり、あと一冊は、息子たちの部屋から借りて)入れたら、グーで- した。歯ブラシ(フロントでくれる)、スリッパは持参したがいいかも。横浜シェラトンとは、ちがいますから- 。

the first room we have had was the 2236 close the elevator. We moved after 2 nights with 4 hours max sleept per night. The third night at room 2045 was good but the last night, the fourth, saturday october 3th, there was a celebration all night at the city hall just in front of our room with music and lights. We were very desapointed.

Location, booking rate

Original booking for two nights was incorrect; Sheraton had wrong dates, name. Booking.com intervened to correct problem, but it's a good thing I called Sheraton to confirm.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversay, and as soon as the staff realized this the upgrades started coming. Upgrade to a suite, upgrade to Club Floor access... It was wondeful! Rocco and Bernell were amazing customer service representatives. We only stay at the Sheraton on Queen when we go into Toronto - and this weekend proved for us once again why we do not try other hotels. This is our home away from home. Thank you Sheraton for an anniversary weekend we will never forget! We have decided to purchase the same mattress, duvet and pillows - our bed at home is nice enough, but there is nothing like the sleep we get in a Sheraton bed!

Our room had obviously been used for a party by the previous guests. We can appreciate that the cleaning staff does not look up when cleaning - who would think that dirt would be on the ceiling? All of the ceiling trim, and some of the door trim areas were covered in what looked like Coke or Champaign gone bad - it was sprayed everywhere! We let the staff know, not because we demanded that it be cleaned - but just so they knew so they could look after it after we checked out. When we told them, they offered a new room or an immediate cleaning - that was not necessary! The rest of the room was spotless.

The staff was extremely helpful with directions regarding the subway. Our room was absolutely lovely....comfortable beds, loads of fluffy pillows, hd television and everything was immaculate.

We enjoyed everything!!!

Excellent location with connections to different paths. Friendly and helpful staff.

Public computers (internet access) were working very poorly. Towels were changed too often.

The design and upkeep of the hotel. It looks like the last time they did maintenance was a decade ago. Access to internet was at a ridiculous premium.

The beds were as comfortable as they were large, the hotel is conveniently situated and has all the services and facilities necessary for short and long stays.

Would have appreciated more space in the room for sitting/reading/writing/television rather than for oversize beds. The charge for breakfast was off-putting and reception could have drawn attention to the benefits of the top floor.
