Sehr abgewohntes Hotel, unglaublich unfreundlicher Empfang und auschecken, sobald gesehen wurde, dass wir über eine "third party" gebucht hatten, wurden wir ziemlich abgespeist. Wir hatten ein Club Zimmer gebucht, bekamen nur ein normales Zimmer, da dies im Hotel nicht aufschien, auch wollte man uns den inkludierten Zugang zur CLub lounge (freie Getränke, Frühstück, Abendsnacks) anfangs nicht glauben. Glücklicherweise hatte ich den Buchungsausdruck mit und nur auf Aufforderung konnte jemand vom hotel gefunden werden, der deutsch verstand und alles bestätigte. Den Zugang zur Club loung können wir nur empfehlen, es gab Wasser, alkoholfreie Getränke, abends was zum Knabbern und gutes Obst, auch das Frühstück war ok. Sonst ist alles sehr teuer im Hotel. Das Schwimmbad ist lieblos, aber für Kinder natürlich lustig, das fitnesscenter wurde gerade umgebaut und es standen nur einige wenige Geräte zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist es praktisch vom Terminal 3 gleich ins Hotel zu gehen, das Hotel selbst ist sehr lieblos und alt.

The hotel is convenient, and checkin was easy and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and attractive. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

For some reason, we were assigned to a room especially modified for handicapped persons. As a result, the bathroom was inconvenient...no counter space in the bathroom to accommodate makeup and toiletries. We were billed twice for our stay and just happened to catch the error when we received our credit card statement. However, when I called to inquire about the error, my call was handled very efficiently. The agent apologized and promised to correct the error immediately. I was impressed with the customer service that I received.

Its closeness to the airport, can´t get much closer than that.

Its location is excellent. Ohter than that it has no redeming qualities.

The bathroom was too small. We're not large people and we could hardly turn around in it. Big people would find it inconvenient.

The convenience of being right at the airport, of course, is wonderful. The club floor was an absolute pleasure to stay on. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and plentiful and the staff friendly and helpful.

Not a big deal, but when I checked in I asked that a small doggy-bag of breakfast be prepared as my family had to catch a flight very early. The gentleman who checked us in said he would enter a comment into our file, or something along those lines. The next morning when I called down to the front desk, the girl who answered said nothing had been prepared. Uh-oh. The girl however jumped into action and had something put together for us within a few minutes, so in the end we left happy.

Helpful reception in getting eticket printed when I was having technical problems cheerfully bringing gourmet food in record time ( I ordered just past midnight) state of the art decor -including real art pictures clean and luxurious noticing I needed help with luggage sensibly providing plastic cups in washroom which wont slip and break

There was nothing in my bar - this was probably due to the fact that my room was changed at recepion when I mentioned that I did not need two beds only 2 tiny creamers for strong Starbucks coffee and as I was rushing for a plane, I passed on asking for more upon leaving, young man at desk (between elevators & escalators) inattentive and clearly more interested in his sceen than he was in answering/helping me. From 5 am on I was disturbed by mechanical noises, garbage or laundry chute/ elevator?

Great food great service had a perfect weekend
