Good place to stay, clean, all the services and convenient to airport.

Close to airport as we had fly out next morning for our connectiong flight home. Also the price of the club room that was a sale price which was well worth stayning there had it been regular price probably would have gone elswhere.

Close to airport. Good night sleep in confortable beds.

Location is great and staff are helpful

We stayed over night after a long trip from Sydney Aust. so we could arrive fresh in Thunder Bay to visit our daughter and her family. It was great - wonderful bed! able to shower and feel fresh and rested from the first day of our hoilday. We will do the same on all future visits - only regret we didn't think of it before.

I paid for the room when I booked it but they billed me again for the same stay and told me it was a computer error which they say they will correct and I am waiting for the correction

Our Stay was Great! We had to overnight in Toronto when coming back from St Maartin. I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Gateway for comfort, convenience and cost for the room. The only complaint was I think their prices for their room service was a bit out to lunch! I would recommend ordering from the yellow pages, Pizza or anything delivered to the hotel. We got in late and hadn't had dinner yet, we ordered a turkey club sandwich and a order of chicken wings and our bill was $56.00!! I felt over priced for the food but was happy it was hot... would defiantly stay again, just wouldn't order room service.

We stay at the Sheraton Gateway often when traveling from Pearson airport. It's so convenient to just walk across the concourse for an early flight in the morning. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable.

Old and dated, just set up to extract as much cash as possible during your stay.

The lady at the front desk, named Doreen, gave us exceptional service. You are lucky to have her representing your hotel and she should be commended for going above and beyond. She would be the reason that I would not hesistate to recommend and choose the hotel again.

We had a room on the club floor and arrived in the club room right at 8:00 as we had difficulty finding parking after our day visiting sick relatives. Upon entering the club room and them seeing us coming in, they starting clearing the food away as quickly as possible, knowing that we had just arrived. It was very obvious and very rude. I don't think it was the usual staff as one of them (a lady) had a suit on. They could have asked us if we needed anything as it was apparent that we just arrived as we all had our coats on and bags in hand. They could have waited 10 more minutes.

Location and comfort of beds great. Unfortunately front desk staff had difficulty finding our reservation booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com. My MasterCard was charged again for the room at a higher rate and I am still waiting for a reversal of the room charge from The Sheraton as a manager agreed that we had pre-paid the room through you. If you could follow up with the hotel to confirm our booking so that I will not be double plus more charged it would be appreciated.
