Its location is excellent. Ohter than that it has no redeming qualities. The bathroom was too small. We're not large people and we could hardly turn around in it. Big people would find it inconvenient.

Our Stay was Great! We had to overnight in Toronto when coming back from St Maartin. I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Gateway for comfort, convenience and cost for the room. The only complaint was I think their prices for their room service was a bit out to lunch! I would recommend ordering from the yellow pages, Pizza or anything delivered to the hotel. We got in late and hadn't had dinner yet, we ordered a turkey club sandwich and a order of chicken wings and our bill was $56.00!! I felt over priced for the food but was happy it was hot... would defiantly stay again, just wouldn't order room service.

The convenience of being right at the airport, of course, is wonderful. The club floor was an absolute pleasure to stay on. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and plentiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Not a big deal, but when I checked in I asked that a small doggy-bag of breakfast be prepared as my family had to catch a flight very early. The gentleman who checked us in said he would enter a comment into our file, or something along those lines. The next morning when I called down to the front desk, the girl who answered said nothing had been prepared. Uh-oh. The girl however jumped into action and had something put together for us within a few minutes, so in the end we left happy.

We stay at the Sheraton Gateway often when traveling from Pearson airport. It's so convenient to just walk across the concourse for an early flight in the morning. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable.

Helpful reception in getting eticket printed when I was having technical problems cheerfully bringing gourmet food in record time ( I ordered just past midnight) state of the art decor -including real art pictures clean and luxurious noticing I needed help with luggage sensibly providing plastic cups in washroom which wont slip and break There was nothing in my bar - this was probably due to the fact that my room was changed at recepion when I mentioned that I did not need two beds only 2 tiny creamers for strong Starbucks coffee and as I was rushing for a plane, I passed on asking for more upon leaving, young man at desk (between elevators & escalators) inattentive and clearly more interested in his sceen than he was in answering/helping me. From 5 am on I was disturbed by mechanical noises, garbage or laundry chute/ elevator?

The lady at the front desk, named Doreen, gave us exceptional service. You are lucky to have her representing your hotel and she should be commended for going above and beyond. She would be the reason that I would not hesistate to recommend and choose the hotel again. We had a room on the club floor and arrived in the club room right at 8:00 as we had difficulty finding parking after our day visiting sick relatives. Upon entering the club room and them seeing us coming in, they starting clearing the food away as quickly as possible, knowing that we had just arrived. It was very obvious and very rude. I don't think it was the usual staff as one of them (a lady) had a suit on. They could have asked us if we needed anything as it was apparent that we just arrived as we all had our coats on and bags in hand. They could have waited 10 more minutes.

Large rooms, comfortable beds. Great location for travellers with flight connections. In this day and age, travellers should not have to pay for wireless internet, while staying at a hotel in this price range. Drinks at the bar are tremendously overpriced.

Location and comfort of beds great. Unfortunately front desk staff had difficulty finding our reservation booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com. My MasterCard was charged again for the room at a higher rate and I am still waiting for a reversal of the room charge from The Sheraton as a manager agreed that we had pre-paid the room through you. If you could follow up with the hotel to confirm our booking so that I will not be double plus more charged it would be appreciated.

Perfect location at airport. Comfortable and quiet room. They checked us into a regular room instead of the Club room I had reserved, and also made a mistake on the bill which was slipped under the door in the morning - charged the rack rate instead of my reservation rate - minor but unnecsesary nuisance to have to fix.
