    Everything was First Class: Service (Reception, Restaurant, etc). Facilities: Excellent! (Gym, Pool) Apples provided were a very nice touch! They were delicious. Room: Perfect. I want the same bed sheets and comforters for home. Yes, please add those pillows too! This is my second stay there and it will not be my last! All my friends will know about you! You will no longer be the best kept secret at the Toronto Airport ;) Ciao! Marie-Francine

    Good quality bed and linens

    Noisy room that was decidedly funky in smell The bathroom was fit only for umpa lumpas.... Tiny doesn't get close to describing it

    Overall a relaxing overnight stay with very pleasant staff at all levels.

    No instructions available on how to use to the somewhat complicated shower in our designated room 706.

    Definitely can't get better for convenience if travelling WestJet. Right off of Terminal 3 in Pearson International, you don't even have to go outside.

    it helps to be abel to step off a plane and walk to the hotel and food is ok for an airport hotel

    We used the gym, Nice Had dinner at the bar, which was really good ... Had to be in the terminal next morning at 4:30 ... So location was super.

    Clock in the room was set incorrectly. Two hours ahead of actual time. It prompted panic because my flight was in two and half hours. I rushed to terminal only to find that i still have plenty of time. I hope that this is not happen to others. Though it did not cause any problem at the end. I still wish that I can get better information from your hotel.

    Location compared to terminal wasn't too bad had to connect on sky train.

    We were roomed right next to elevator so not only could we hear that but the people getting in and out all night and we had to get up at 5am for connecting flight with 3 small children ugh I would ask to be a little farther from the elevator next time

    Location, comfort, service, room

    When I got my e-bill, there was a "Destination Promotion Charge" of $6.09 + HST. I was neither informed of it, nor agreed to it, and Sheraton did not reply when I disputed it.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Checkout was super easy. The hotel looked very grand at the entrance and was attractive throughout.

    The club floor breakfast didn't have sausages, we were told to go to the restaurant downstairs, but paying for a breakfast is stupid if you get one with the club room. No sausages was a big deal, it made my BF grumpy... it was a vegetarian breakfast and that is it?? Not worth the extra club money as we were out for the evening snacks so didn't get to enjoy them either. The eggs didn't taste as good as they looked. There was no sauna in the pool facilities which I would have preferred over all amenities provided (gym, pool, salon, etc). The man at the desk at entry didn't look so happy or cheerful. Don't blame him, but not good as front of house. Maybe it's a TO thing, but paying $28 for parking for the price of the hotel is outrageous. Parking should be included or let people know in advance.

    Facilities themselves were great, but very few a entities. Parking was $28 per day, no bar fridge or microwave. Two creamers to share between two for coffee. The on site store was WAY over priced ($16 for a small bottle of Advil). What are we in Holywood ??

    The hotel was a little tricky to access but had great views of the planes at Pearson and the decor was simple and elegant.

    After letting the hotel know we would be paying by a different card than the booking was made under, we were charged (almost 2 weeks in advance) with no reply from the accounting dept to reverse charges or correct the error. When we finally checked in and went up to the room we were in dismay to find we had the wrong room. After going back to the front desk and speaking with a manager who stated they cannot guarantee room types (yet were very happy to charge us for the deluxe room we didn't get) they told us the hotel was overbooked and so couldn't give us the correct room type. Then when we tried to reason with him (MOD) to provide us with other options we were told that the website (booking.com) was to be blamed for the error and that in fact the room we booked wasn't there to begin with. Because of many events in the city that weekend the closest available room was over 40km away so we asked for blankets so that one of us could sleep on the floor, and we're told they were out of blankets. While in the lobby there were a few other disgruntled guests who also had issues with their rooms and we checked out in the morning to find a bunch of families asleep on the lobby furniture as they also had problems with their reservations. Our stay was stressful and not at all as we had planned. I've never encountered difficulties like this at any Sheraton before or through any previous reservations on booking.com. Very disappointing.
