The staff were very accommodating, allowing me a late checkout. One staff member (Rosario) even loaned me her own lock for the pool locker so I could go for a swim! Definately a cut above the average airport hotel! |

Nice large room, excellent location close to Toronto airport. No minibar!! Only a la carte breakfast; where was the sumptuous buffet??? Short network cable did not stretch all the way to the bed; no wireless internet in room. |

Being so close to the airport was wonderful. Just cross the street for terminal 1 or take shuttle to terminal 3. Very convenient and surprisingly very quiet as well. |

Location We had a problem on arrival that they had not received or could not find our booking. Although when I could confirm the booking by showing them the e mail online (we were travelling and unable to print booking for), they did give free breakfast. The receptionist did say if had not used your company they would have given us a better deal, which was another reason for the breakfast. |

Our much-delayed flight from the UK made this hotel --- directly connected to T3 --- the perfect solution for an after-midnight check-in. Water in swimming pool was very cold. |

Convience of connecting to airport train. Desk staff efficient and quick. HVAC system noisy. Hotel should have free coffee in lobby for early check outs, room is OK when you are not rushing to 06:00 am flights. |

The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. When I requested an extra hour after the 12 noon checkout, they gave it to me. My room was very comfortable. |

Convenient to be right at the airport for our early flight. Saved taxi fares, etc. We were switched to a room with two double beds but when we arrived at the room, there was still only one king size bed. However, we slept very well and the bed was comfortable. |

Van wege verschillende vliegverbindingen prima locatie. Het ontbijtbuffet was gesloten vanwege een grote groep.Werd verwezen naar het grand cafe. Minder keuzes, duurder en duurde langer om te ontbijten. Hinderlijk!. |

Ik vond het positief dat bovenstaand hotel op de luchthaven zit. Je loopt er snel naar toe en als je eenmaal in het hotel bent, is het op de kamer lekker rustig. |
