All of it
The staff, so helpful and friendly, Grace O'Connor checked us in and it was just the perfect start to a wonderful 4 days. Thank you.
We would have liked to stay longer.
nice location, very close to town. helpful staff.
parking is too far away from one of the tower
Easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping malls
No unpaid movie channels
Friendly staff Concierge, Jose - there is nothing this man doesn't know about Vancouver Location
Excellente location, close to everything...staff was very helpful...
They could have make better lobby and fourniture. Internet wasn't free...the little shop pretty expensive...never buy stamps there.
Helpful staff. Room luvly. The bed and pillows wonderful so comfortable, best sleep I had all holiday.
A long wait in line for breakfast, all was a bit slow. Not a complaint just constructive criticism.
Option of no service and voucher offered towards food.
No vending machines for drinks.
Parking is very expensive. Try to park on the back street, the parking is free at night till 6 AM and then move the car, bit of a hastle but better than paying $40 a night
Not much Staff were nice enough
600$ fot one night! 45 mins wait for a room after an Atlantic crossing Offered the "Sky Longe" complimentary. Wasn't much better that a works canteen. Plastic cups, plastic cutlery, plastic cheese. no Alchohol. Upgraded room but would you believe one side of the bed had no bedside table thus no reading light. Again plastic cups, plastic glassesetc and the mini bar was empty, though there was a price list. 5 star prices, 2 star hotel
They were thoughtful, and considerate and understanding with issues that did not have to do with the hotel or themselves
Well placed for walking to Granville Island and Downtown Vancouver.
Views lovely, central location great
Did like: * very comfortable beds * concierge staff were friendly * close proximity to key tourist sites * Robson St shopping within close vicinity of the hotel * layout of the two-bedroom suite was fantastic *the view from our room was amazing *ready-to-use cab service * high quality bathroom products * exterior plant display & fountain * close links to public transport * hotel is easy to get to/locate due to its surrounding popular area * Suite was very well cleaned and maintained
Didn't like: *lift passes were faulty *unmanned reception desk whilst approx. 10 people waiting
Relaxed easy going atmosphere.
Long wait to check in.
When we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name. Our daughter and son-in-law arrived before us and the doorman was expecting us. Very nice touch.
Good location, spacious suite.
Room was one hour late for occupancy, mini bar was empty, room was amazingly dirty and under-maintained for a hotel of that category. There are definitely better deals for the money around.
Large room, great view over the city, good service and fitness with pool next to the entree. Location is downtown. (Breka) Bakery just around the corner for good breakfast. Biking is a perfect way to discover Vancouver. Nearest rental at Robsonstreet.
Excellent the cardio room
The view from 29th floor was great.
Given the breakfast price I expected a bit more.
Location; Indoor communication between towers, that can let you go to restaurant, bar or coffee shop of the hotel; Good restaurant with live music; Concierge
Arrived at night. Very dark and dated in lobby
no coffee shop without going outside. I would have booked there had i known there was another sheraton.
We did not get the rooms with double beds we reserved. Elevators take too long .
