The kings size bed was amazing!! Of course the view is unbelievable....made the whole experience!!
The internet connection was terrible. When I spoke to IT support, they were not very helpful (I gave up anyway). Also...on the Sat night, we could hear several people in the room right below ours. They were having a party....could hear their conversation!!
The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and courteous
There was a 4 inch long spider in my room on the 20th floor- bigger than spiders I've seen in the rainforests of Thailand and Brazil. Pubic hairs on the bed and bathroom. When asked for clean bedding I got attitude from staff. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors were up partying loudly all night. When you call guest relations they say they don't know what to do. Not worth the money. This place was disgusting.
Lovely bedroom and beautifully furnished. Great swimming pool.
Rather vast and long walks to swimming pool etc
The view and balcony were perks. The pool was a nice little place for the kids to swim and relax. Area was interesting I watch.
The area for me was too busy. I think I'd have preferred something in an area not right downtown where we could walk to the beach. Also the parking was atrocious! $40/day after taxes. That surprised me. I'll have to find another place next time because of that.
Elevators back up at times.
All of it
arrogant stuff (partially) only cold water for the shower in the morning available wishes regarding room floor and distance to the elevator were not respected
the room is too small; services is slow
What I liked most was the friendly, helpful staff. They made us feel important and welcome. Also, everything seemed to work well. We had no real problems and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was nice to come back to at night. And, of course, the view was spectacular.
Well, even though we were very well treated when we checked in, there was a bit of a problem actually getting a room, which had been booked and confirmed ahead of time. I believe we were being upgraded but, I couldn't help but feel there may have been some kind of a problem ie, our room had been given away, since it seemed to be quite a problem to get booked in. And, although there were two of us booked into the room there were only amenities for one ie bath robe. One other thing worth mentioning was what I gathered is supposed to be something to do with your "green" program. If I understand it correctly we had the option of having the room cleaned and tidied every day or, instead, receive a $5.00 voucher to be used in the hotel. I gathered this was per day, however, we received only one voucher during the 3 day visit. That aside, I think I would have preferred the room to be attended to every day. And, finally, the Parking Valet Service which, I must say was handled very well - no complaints there. However, I understood the charge was to be $33.00 per day but, when I received my e-mail copy of the bill, Valet Parking was charged at $41.93 per day. Not sure what that is all about. Despite these comments I would stay at the Sheraton Wall again.
Missed having a restaurant at our location. The Internet connections wouldn't hold or would kick us off, which made us have to sign in multiple times or go to the service desk for help!! :(
Great atmosphere and Location. Staff was very kind.
Took to long to check in , since Room was not ready. Parking can improve signaling.
The staff, so helpful and friendly, Grace O'Connor checked us in and it was just the perfect start to a wonderful 4 days. Thank you.
We would have liked to stay longer.
nice location, very close to town. helpful staff.
parking is too far away from one of the tower
Easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping malls
No unpaid movie channels
Friendly staff Concierge, Jose - there is nothing this man doesn't know about Vancouver Location
Excellente location, close to everything...staff was very helpful...
They could have make better lobby and fourniture. Internet wasn't free...the little shop pretty expensive...never buy stamps there.
Helpful staff. Room luvly. The bed and pillows wonderful so comfortable, best sleep I had all holiday.
A long wait in line for breakfast, all was a bit slow. Not a complaint just constructive criticism.
Option of no service and voucher offered towards food.
No vending machines for drinks.
Parking is very expensive. Try to park on the back street, the parking is free at night till 6 AM and then move the car, bit of a hastle but better than paying $40 a night
Not much Staff were nice enough
600$ fot one night! 45 mins wait for a room after an Atlantic crossing Offered the "Sky Longe" complimentary. Wasn't much better that a works canteen. Plastic cups, plastic cutlery, plastic cheese. no Alchohol. Upgraded room but would you believe one side of the bed had no bedside table thus no reading light. Again plastic cups, plastic glassesetc and the mini bar was empty, though there was a price list. 5 star prices, 2 star hotel
They were thoughtful, and considerate and understanding with issues that did not have to do with the hotel or themselves
Well placed for walking to Granville Island and Downtown Vancouver.
Views lovely, central location great
Did like: * very comfortable beds * concierge staff were friendly * close proximity to key tourist sites * Robson St shopping within close vicinity of the hotel * layout of the two-bedroom suite was fantastic *the view from our room was amazing *ready-to-use cab service * high quality bathroom products * exterior plant display & fountain * close links to public transport * hotel is easy to get to/locate due to its surrounding popular area * Suite was very well cleaned and maintained
Didn't like: *lift passes were faulty *unmanned reception desk whilst approx. 10 people waiting
