This was a team trip and was ideal for the family. The kids enjoyed both pools and the outdoor grills allowed us to do some team bonding over the bbq. Overall a great stay and this is my 5th stay with various sports teams plus families...I am somewhat biased. The beds were adequate. I thought they could be bigger for a deluxe suite.

fantastic location, walking distance to the lake, lots of shops, restaurants and groceries across the street or down the block and fantastic cenery and guest services. The pools, Jacussy and Sauna were defenitly a great relaxation time. Thanks you to the staff at the front desk and the maid service. I would highly recomend this place. It was more than we expected.

I'm very comfortable with the staff, location & the general set-up. Other guests are friendly, often seniors, have ittle groups on the lawn. It's very comfortable & good rates. I think you need a garbage can in the bathroom - that's all I can think of!!!

The room was clean and comfortable and it is only two blocks from Gyro Beach. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. There are several coffee shops and fast food locations within a block of the hotel. Access to downtown was quick and easy.

good size rooms and sofabed. good pool firstly, the staff were extremely rude and treated me as if i was a nuisance, and when i asked a simple question during a quiet pause, i was told, i don't have time to answer that! secondly, there were groups of people sitting out talking and laughing late, which was disturbing, particularly as i was with small children. i was offended by the number of anti-smoking placards everywhere, and the 1000$ fine if caught smoking on premises. I appreciate that most hotels are non-smoking now and accept this, but to be constantly reminded of this i thought was a little excessive. Also, the big sign saying that a charge would be made if any dishes were left dirty in the hotel. For 140$/night a charge to wash a coffee cup is just greedy. The room was very cold, the heating was not working, and when i asked for some extra blankets the woman was very rude.

It was close to where our friend lives. The option for a 'smoking room' is non existant so why ask for a choice on the website?? Would prefer not to have a suite/kitchenette room....prefer the traditional room set up.

“The location was close to the downtown and shopping. There was an excellent chinese restaraunt next door. The staff were helpful and made sure the people next to us shut down their noise.
