Staff were great, room was clean and spacious; overall great value for the awesome rate we got on a two bedroom with kitchen!

safe on food is just opposite of the motel. Walking distance to McDonald, Original Jose, Safeonfood. Near to mall yet quiet at night.

It was very clean and comfortable with a small but functional kitchenette. It was close to good restaurants and shopping as well as the lake.

We started off our evening by trying to check in at this hotels apon handing over my drivers licence I was told they dont allow local people to stay at there hotel.I Was then told that that the people that usually book on booking .com are usually young people or groups trying to book and stay and cause damage.At this point I pointed out that we were attending a newyears gathering close by and that we lived just outside of kelowna and being newyears eve,we wanted to stay in town to avoid long taxi waits .I was told well seeing as they are not busy they would allow us to stay,.The room was unclean ,dead bug carcass on the walls and roof and there was dirty toilet paper in the bathtub.The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty and most unmatched and chipped.The morning of our checkout I told the front desk of these issues and she said sorry here is your bill.We will never stay here and noone we know will support this local business.Very poor.

good lacation

Liked the kitchen incl. pots, pans,toaster,and pillow top matress. Made good use of the heated pool and spa (pool chemisrty in balence - nice job). Very clean inside and outside.

A onsite request for 2 rooms from a triple was granted with no trouble

Everything was fine and convient to our friends in Kelowna .

It is close to downtown. There are a few supermarket nearby. Convenient for families with children.

Facilities are very basic.

We stayed as we were getting our son settled in as he was starting school in Kelowna.

Couldn't find the hair dryer, and couldn't turn fan off in bathroom.

I liked how clean the hotel was, and how nice the cleaners were. I love that there is a indoor and outdoor pool both with hot tubs, but the outdoor hottub could have been fixed. :( I like how children friendly this hotel is, and how close it is to the grocery store and the lake. A 2 minute walk to the lake can't go wrong :)

the room that we were in, the new 2 queen size bed suite was a bit pricey and not much of space or comfortable seating area. i didn't like how there was a queen bed out in the living room area and that other people had to sit on chairs at the table. there wasn't much of a table either it could only fit two chairs. I think siesta needs to rethink this set up.

The room was great with the fridge, microwave and stove. I also liked the outdoor BBQ that was available for use. The staff were friendly. The location was fabulous - close to everything you need.

Enjoyed using the common area BBQ's to cook and eat as a family.

We are a mature couple but enjoyed watching all the young families that were staying there, nice swimming pools and 5 minute walk to a good beach. Shopping across the street. Seems very popular for people who like the heat of the Okanagan but don't camp. Staff are nice but very busy.

Not enough toilet paper in the room and when asked housekeeping for 1 roll they were very insistent on "writing this down" Like getting a citation for not following policy. Parking spaces lines are not wide enough, we have an expensive vehicle and did sustain 1 door ding from a careless parker. Many Albertans use this facility and drive huge oversize SUV's and trucks, the parking should be modified....Don't bring the Bentley .

We loved staying at Siesta Suites! We changed from a Best Western. Hotel staff were very friendly and our suite was always well taken care of. We'll definitely stay again next year. We all discussed that we had found the right motel! I can't actually think of anything about your motel that we would change. Thank you!

Staff very friendly and accomodating, clean.

The motel is very close to a great (Gyro) beach.

Hotel staff were extremely unpleasant. We were charged $100 by the manager for "smoking on the balcony" - even though none of us in our group smoke. Would never, ever stay here again.
