Host was very friendly and accommodating. She let us check in early and made me a gluten free breakfast which was very kind. The breakfast was great. I liked how the bnb part was kind of separated from her house so felt like there was a bit more privacy than some bnbs. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. The room was cool enough despite how hot it was outside. She has a few animals on the property that were all very friendly. The water is well water so doesn’t smell the best when running water in the bathroom but that was honestly the only downside to the place. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the price.

We arrived quite late and the host was able to accommodate us. We woke up to a wonderful breakfast scheduled according to our needs. On photos it is unclear, but the room has its own private bathroom! It is much better than any hotel I ever stayed on my way and it is also much better priced. For this value, it is a steal. We are planning on coming here again!

The breakfast was very nice with fresh, tasty ingredients and the host went out of her way to allow guests to have separate breakfast times, which is desirable as a way to minimize any possible Covid exposure. There is a shared kitchen, separate from the host's own kitchen, which might be useful to any guest that needs to prepare a meal other than breakfast. Each suite has their own small fridge in the shared kitchen in which to keep their own food and drinks. There is not a full stove in the shared kitchen, but a couple of electric hotplates that will do for most purposes. There is some sitting space (sofas, etc.) in the hallways or stair landings between the suites which is, in effect, shared but largely separate from the host's living space and can be used, for example, as a place to sit and read if you need more than the single, quite comfy, reading chair in the suite. We stayed in the Garden Suite.
