Loved the location in the heart of the village. The ski in, ski out experience made it really easy for our family to coordinate during the day. Loved the size of the fridge. The restaurants were a bit pricy for the food quality.

We were travelling with our daughter & son-in-law & 4 month old baby - the unit set up was great with a bedroom on either end & living room / kitchen in the middle. Also - great bargains at the retail outlets in the village during their end of season sales ! Grocery store didn't open until noon - but had we checked the opening times, we could have made use of it !

The resort was fantastic! But was not in Lumby, in fact it was forty minutes away which we weren't very happy with at 11 pm at night in the dark. The manager at the resort seemed mystified when we said it was advertised as being in Lumby.

No provision of wi-fi internet as promised, no provision of essential equipment in the resort (microwave etc.), no room attendance during the stay.

The room had no air conditioning and the decor was very old and it seemed more like a hostel then hotel which didn't impress me, considering the price I paid and that was with a discount!

The beds were very comfortable, Like the kitchen and all of the appliances that were provided. Great tvs and couches. It was quiet and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I know it is a ski resort, but there should be a fan or some kind of airconditioner in the room for those that stay in the summer. The room was unbearably hot on the second night of our stay and even with the windows open it was very difficult to sleep. Didn't really like the location of the bunk bed in the master bedroom - would have preferred it to be seperate/more private.
