The woman at the office was friendly and pleasant. The room was comfortable, though it needs some renovation. There was a very strong odor in the stairwell going up to the second floor. It was better when the doors were left open to provide ventilation. The room had a similar unpleasant smell, but it was less overpowering.

As clean and nice as one can make a motel at a location like this, affordable, close to lots of dining. Is located directly next to a very noisy street (TCH in fact) in a very unappealing city (Vernon). Best to keep on driving and stay somewhere else if possible (Kelowna for example).

Good location to reach the high way, restaurants, coffee shop, 5mins driving to beach. It's clean, quiet motel and price is very friendly. I will go back pressure.

Best deal we had! The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Never thought we can get this room at this price. Good location. We would sure come back again. Couldn't think of any.

We were well received. Staff was extremely polite, efficient. There were more than 2 sets of bathroom towels which is awesome, but surprised there were no facecloths. Instructions to local restaurants were much appreciated as well as the discounts offered. Disappointed there was no micro-wave in room. Felt less secure because there was no deadbolt on the door or chain lock. A corner of the bathroom needs some TLC-thought a bug or two might crawl out of the broken down corner. Because of the corner location, the actual parking lot was a bit cramped.
