The Gentleman at the desk was very very help full and had excellent customer service. I cannot complain about anything. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our stay in muskoka. The Water Pressure. This seems to be our complaint whenever we travel in muskoka.

The owner was extremely cordial and friendly...makes a very basic accommodation attached to a truck shop a lot warmer. The heating system was tough to operate; to get a balanced temperature was difficult.

The gentleman at the front desk was especially nice. In essence it was a 'truck stop'. It was run down, dirty, I killed ants on the carpet. I lay towels down on the carpet so I didn't have to walk directly on the soiled surface. Handy-man fixed up - not professionally done, and incomplete. Very noisy. No hair dryer - I asked for one, and the man at the desk took one out of the cupboard for me, and blew the dust off of it before giving it to me. For the cost, I was very disappointed. It should have been at least half the cost.

Rooms were quiet even though motel is close to Highway # 11. Comfortable beds, clean comfortable rooms, nice pool area, no stairs to climb as your car is parked at your door, accepts small dogs. Friendly and accommodating owners. Restaurant (good food) and gas (prices lowest in area) available next door. Inquired if there were any handicapped rooms with walk- in shower, and all room had bath tub plus shower only.

Room was clean and there were no bugs staff was very friendly and courteous. Restaurant near the motel was clean. Lots of food and good prices. No coffee maker in room. No towel bars for hanging wet towels in bathroom

Romms damp and musty, No simple accessories like a hair dryer. Toilet over flowed as well as sewer backup into bath tub. Manager not willilng without serious discussion for refund or anything else. There pricing is all over, Not impressed
