Amazing staff

We liked everything. Room was very nicely furnished, marble bathroom with heated floors, exceptionaly clean & staff was very helpful! We slep like babies, beds were very comfy! Great Value for the money!

the staff, especially the concierge, xavier, were excellent.

the room was small. especially for two people. it only had room for one chair. the bathroom, however, was large.

The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

The food from the room service menu was rather disappointing (rather greasy and tasteless. Neither the restaurant staff member, nor the room service seemed particularly interestd with the well-being of the clients.It seemed more of chore to them to be there, opposed to the other staff members who were very welcoming.

Absolutely amazing concierge service. That made all the difference!

Awesome! Very nice hotel, close to restaurants, pubs, monuments and the station. Confortable and high quality.

i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reasonable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room.

only 1 thing- very minor in nature. i purchased some cd's and wanted to play them. i put them into a dvd player that is in the room. the volume is controlled by the tv. so the sound was all that great. but im really really happy that i had an electronic device to play my cd's.

It was a great "boutique hotel". Everyone new who you were and did there best to take veru good care of you. Unlike a large hotel that dose not have the customer services that you have.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great to deal with.

Parking was expensive, the hotel was very loud at night, people coming and going till 4:30am. Outside was also very loud. I don't think this hotel is worth $300+ a night.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff i have ever experienced, very helpful and friendly. Most definately would recommend this hotel cannot fault it. Room was a very good size and beautifully furnished and the toiletries - molten brown - great choice!

We needed a relaxing staycation and this was it, however for the price we were really impressed with the level of luxury! From the massive bathroom with heated floors to the very comfortable king sized bed and its proximity from all the best night life and food in the city.

I wish there were feather pillows. A pillow menu would be an awesome addition.

After several business trips to Toronto I would call this hotel one of the best you can stay at in Toronto for that price. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and outstanding. It's not a party-hotel - thank god it isn't.

The location... It's a bit away from the downtown core.... BUT it was nice and quiet which I like A LOT.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and the best thing, the floors are heated! The conceirge was very helpful and informative. Turndown service at night is wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Housekeeping staff did not replace coffee cups and cream for coffee. A minor thing, but if you like your coffee in the morning, then maybe a bit annoying. Either have the housekeeping staff be more attentive or have the turndown service at night check for such items.

Practically everything! This is a boutique style hotel, well-placed near the city centre. It was chosen fairly randomly as being the nearest suitable venue to my daughter's flat, but we would definitely stay there again. The rooms are large and well appointed and the bathroom excellent, with underfloor heating for cold weather. There's a very good fitness centre and I had the pool to myself most days. Above all, the staff are as helpful and friendly as its possible to be.

If pushed to find a criticism, there isn't much of a view.

Staff, room, location,

The location is perfect, just two blocks from the cn tower and Roger Centre, the room is excelent, the bathroom is superb, and super clean. Very nice hotel.

Nothing to complain about, the only observation is that the breakfast at the restaurant should have more options and lower prices.

Food was excellent. The staff was prompt , fiendly and extremely helpful, even during my emergency moments. I adored my room 212, though there are some spider webs up atop the curtain rod. The bathroom was sublime
