It's a quite hotel with less traffic of people made it convenient for me. Needs to make facilities more inviting and pleasant: restaurent and breakfast area. |

The hotel is lovely. My room was comfortable, well appointed and very pleasant. Of the 3 nights I stayed, I was woken up twice by other guests. |

We stayed at the Soho because of the location, we were able to walk to Rogers Center for baseball games in a matter of minutes. It was also a short taxi ride to the Eaton's Center. Some great restaurants very close by and a store right across the street for snacks and drinks. The room service was great as was the response when we requested feather pillows. My husband and myself both did not enjoy our sleeps, too much traffic noise and the beds and pillows both were uncomfortable. |

The hotel was very central with excellent staff - special mention for Daniel on reception who made our stay exceptional with a fantastic upgrade & personal attention & Zamiram in the Senses Bakery who was just brilliant. Irene one of the concierges was also very helpful as were the whole team at the hotel. |

Wir waren mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter des Hotels ausgesprochen zufrieden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit - auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war - im Hotel sehr genossen. Wir möchen uns auf diesem Wege recht herzlich bedanken. Mit besten Grüßen aus Berlin. |
