Clean and European style. Close to bars and fun.
I liked that you could walk out of hotel and your close to lots of restaurants and close to the port for great Ice skating , very close walking distance to museums and other tourists attractions
Disappointed in my room , very dark and view was of concrete wall and windows of a office building that is so close that you feel like you have an audience of office workers looking in your room , you have to keep lights on during daytime as its so dark in room ... The pool was a huge let down , travelling with a 10 yr old who likes to swim and when we went to check it out what a disappointment , so small I really think it should be called a hot tub , that was big part of reason I booked that hotel .... Photo on website makes pool look actually bigger than what it is .... Breakfast was included and lots to choose from but scramble eggs were really bad , both mornings , tasteless and feels like they were the containers of egg mixture which are a poor substitute for real eggs .. I m sorry for giving this a bad review I m just disappointed , I wish I had stayed in another hotel , I m normally like Marriott hotels but this was definately a let down ..
The room is spacious and very comfortable for all my family members. Great location and good breakfast!
Gym is small, the pool is so small to be considered to a swimming pool; it's like a tab.
Close to cruise ship and old Montreal. Loved the location.
Efficient staff; The Buffet breakfast
Car access; overpriced parking
How accommodating the staff were, good size room as well, lots of choices for a good breakfast
Parking was too expensive
Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms large and clean
Breakfast is good except the sausages which are not tasteful. Waffles available only on week end mornings
room was spacious bed very comfortable very clean staff was fantastic
Close but not on a busy street. A quiet benefit Good breakfast brunch
Friendly staff and great location.
No place to store bike and they had to be removed from the vehicle.
The location. The parking that could bu used after we checked out of the hotel.
The room was a little bit small for five occupants.
The room was clean and the hotel staff were polite for the most part. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see in old Montreal and close to public transportation.
The breakfast was ok but not good compared to other Springhill Suites. Hotel location has close proximity to everything but it's on a small alley and felt a bit unsafe. There were homeless people sleeping right by the entrance. Also there were no signs telling you where to park for the hotel or where to park during check in.
Very helpful staff suggesting excellent dining locations. Great free breakfast. Help getting us a cab for a 5 am departure. Walking distance from our cruise ship dock
Loved the location.
The mattress was hard as a rock !
Room size and comfort top grade
Breadfast eating area was too crowded
Great location, in the old city. Excellent hot buffet breakfast. Parking on site
Loud crowds after bars let out.
Super convenient location to all sites in old Montreal. Friendly employees. View from the higher floors.
Clean but tired decor and building in early 80's style. Needs renovation. A bit pricy for what you get.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Morning breakfasts were good. Location was great.
Room and hallway carpets were dirty. My room was adjacent to the pool area and the smell of chlorine was strong. Price seemed quite high.
great staff, guest oriented, attentive and informative. We arrived before check in time and were given a room as soon as it was available. Fair size room, clean and quiet.
Not enough tables for a breakfest, had to wait 15 min.
It's a very decent hotel and staff there is awesome. Helpful and thoughtful. I was accommodated in every instance especially upon checking out by a staff me ever Amy (manager) who conveyed a wonderful personality and was helpful with helping me with the most favorable me rate. I recommend anyone to go here it's hard to complain/
I can't complain
Very Close to many restaurants and shopping in Old Montreal.
Rug in room could have used a cleaning.
Breakfast area was too busy, difficult to get a seat and too many unsupervised children helping themselves.
felt like prison, view from one window -that didn't open-was walls. Air conditioner was so loud and clanking that nobody slept.
