Ramada Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel & Stage West Theatre    

rooms were really nice; hotel was quite and bed comfortable; food good in Larry's lower lounge; buffet at the show was good, not the best buffet I have had but it was good.

I am in customer service and there were a few things that could take your rating from met expect. to exceeded expectations. Example; it was our first time there. When we checked in she just gave us the key and just said there you go. I had to ask where the elevators were etc. Most hotels direct you from the desk. Also, we had a gift cert for the show and buffet. We waited in line to get in and then once at the door, were told to go back to the box office and get tickets for the certificate. Would have been nice if that was on the certificate or told to us on the phone when we booked. Also, after the show we wanted a couple of drinks before going to the room. We went to the bar. The hockey game was on but no bar tender. Another couple then followed and then a girl came out to serve us. She was great but alot of people just walked by and kind of looked in and kept going. I think you could do a good business if when the show was out you had your staff ready to go and maybe enticing people to come in and watch the game or have music on in the backround while the game was on. We weren't even sure if it was open when we first got there. All in all, a great place and we will certainly be back.

The buffet breakfast good value for your money best of any hotels. Excellent pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are large and the bedroom is separated from living room. The food from room service was very good.

The toilet did not flush it was broken,but are cleaning lady was very prompt in reporting it and getting it fix. Also the microwave was broken took 2 days befor they replaced it.

Water slide and pool. Also, we keep coming back to Larry's Kitchen and Lounge. We love to eat there. Rooms were nice. And lots of channels on the TV.

Parking is extremely tight for the full-sized pickup truck we use for business.

The water slide. We will be making business trips to the Toronto area just to use your water slide. The food is good and reasonably priced at your hotel, as well. We loved our first stay there. We also appreciated the free wifi.

Can't really think of anything. We brought a full-sized Chevy truck, and the parking spots were a little tight, but that is probably our only minor complaint.

Loved the location, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, price was great. Very helpful to have a fridge and microwave in the room

NOne of the drink machines worked. I was told I had to go to the sixth floor to buy a bottle of water. The machine took my money, made some noises, but no bottle of water came out. The room was incredibly hot, and to reach the controls for the heating system was almost impossible, as they are behind a television. I finally turned enough dials to turn it off, but then by morning, the room was cold. The beds were hard, pillows cheap and unsupportive, and there was sound constantly coming from the bathroom. In general, a poor experience. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Food was very poor and quite dissapointing. Altohugh the hotel seems nice enough,I would not stay there again because of bad food experience.

Pool, Restaurant,Staff, Rooms,Clean, all excellent.

I booked two rooms, one for myself and husband the other for my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. After booking I called to make sure that we had joining rooms or rooms together on the same floor. When we reached the hotel we got seprate rooms on seprate floors the one for my son and his family was a handicap room and the showers were two low the air conditioner sound like a jet engines so the left it off not wanting to wake my granddaughter as we had travelled all day from Kingston to Niagra Falls spent the day there then back to Toronto to go to wonderland the next morning it was late when we arrived and it took extra time with a sleeping child as they tried to sort out the room situation. I will never stay there again.

Convenient location. If planning to see show, would be excellent.

Key cards failed twice on two night stay, had to reset. Cost was high for amenities.

i guess the location out of everything

the staff was not that great when it came to customer service. we had ants in the bathroom. wall paper in bathroom was peeling.

The breakfast is excellent and a very good price at $9.95 , The pizza is very good and there chicken wings are the best.The rooms Suite are large.The whirlpool is very big and the salt water pool is great.

The air conditioner was not working properly. There beds are to hard for me.Also I had to go to 3 different floors to find a ice machine that worked.

There are lots of restaurants around, the pool and hot tub are great with a water slide making the experience that much better for kids and adventurous adults. I also very much appreciate the free parking and free wireless internet in the rooms. All around great value for the price.

The gym is very small and basic, but it has the essentials.

I stayed at the hotel due to it's location to the airport, shuttle service to the airport and parking for my vehicle while away. I was impressed with the hotel and rooms. The rooms w/ separate bed and en- suite sitting area was a nice touch with all the comforts needed and was very clean and tidy. I booked a shuttle for early in the morning to the airport and was pleasantly surprised when advised to call on our return and the shuttle would pick us up at the airport. The drivers are courteous and friendly and aim to please they are an asset to the service you provide and was equally impressed that at no extra charge my car was at your location for two weeks. That's big and I'm grateful...your service to patrons is fabulous, the restaurant great, employee's courteous and helpful. We stayed an extra night on our return from holidays and will use Stage West when we head south next year...thank you our stay was wonderful..and yes the little things do make a difference...well done.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und unser Standart Suite hatte ein seperates Wohnzimmer mit tv und Kühlschrank. Das Schlafzimmer hatte eine Vanity, ein Tresor sowie ein tv. Die Service war excellent. Das Hotel bieted live shows mit buffet essen-- wir fanden das einfach Spitze. Das parking war kostenlos.

Room was quite large, good workspace. Breakfast was inexpensive and staff was friendly.

I knew the hotel had a shuttle, but didn't know how to access it. Next time I would be better prepared. On the booking.com it did not advise how to access the shuttle.

Excellent value for money. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

Suite, Pool, Water slide, Service and staff, Location, Facilities, Breakfast buffet. This hotel I have to put above many of the hotels I have stayed at. For many reasons I am saying this but one that stands out was the feeling that we did not have to go anywhere for entertainment. There are so many different things to do without even leaving the premisis. I will stay here everytime I am staying in the area. Yeah, too many good things to say about this establishment.

I really enjoyed everything from the point we walked through the doors.

Suite for price of a room is a great deal. Nice restaurant.... little bit dated but I like that and it was very comfortable.
