We reserved a double queen room in early November for one night. It is very clean, as mentioned by previous travellers. There is also a microwave oven and a small fridge. For a motel, you can't expect more. The air conditioner is a little bit noisy, and the location is not near the niagara falls, at least 15 minutes by walk. |

I was very impressed With the staff and how nice the manager was. He gave us directions and told us about the snow festival that started the weekend we went. The room was very clean and in amazing shape. The fire place in the room was a amazing touch as well. The lights on the outside are actually quire relaxing as well while sitting on the viranda outside. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Niagara Falls. For the price and how nice it is, You can not beat this place. |

No customer service what-so-ever no security you cannot find anyone in an emergency.....We were afraid to leave our suite at one point (for a few hours!) because of what was occurring outside our door and in the room beside us and was forced to leave a message and lie awake scared from 2am to 5am. Then was called a liar in the morning when there was another cpouple with the same complaint....he apparently "knew" there was only two people next door.....the others (a young woman not in good condition) left at 5am!! But I'm the liar!! And the other couple is too! Makes me wonder if he knows whats going on behind the closed door |

I liked the family room that we booked, so spacious and with ref and microwave. The room was simple but clean. Good for family. Its not good if you went there early and dont have a car to store all your things coz the staff will not let you in until 3pm or until they're done cleaning all the rooms. They dont allow to leave your things in their office or store room so that you can explore the area. |

The motel, located in a largely residential area, is run by a friendly Korean family. I was slightly concerned when I arrived as it seemed to be a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be about 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the main shopping and dining street, and about 20 to 30 minutes' walk from the Falls. It is a two-storey drive-in style motel. There are no lifts. The room, while simple, was clean and properly supplied with fresh towels, soap and shampoo. There was a TV in the room, and I appreciated the free wireless Internet service (though the signal was slightly weak). Within about 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the motel there was a grocery store run by an Indian family, and at least two restaurants serving inexpensive breakfasts. The hotel is a bit far from the Rainbow Bridge, so if one is coming to Niagara Falls from the US side, it would probably take quite long to get there on foot with luggage. I took a taxi from the bus station on the US side. The taxi drivers decline to use their meters when crossing between the US and Canada. The first driver I spoke to wanted to charge US$30. The second one offered US$25, so I took his taxi instead. (All prices not including tips.) |

The Motel staff are excellent!!! Services/facilities are good. The room has fridge and microwave unlike the other motel. They even brought us bread and juice for breakfast although it's not included in the package. It's fairly clean! We didn't sleep well because the air conditioning is automatically shuts-off even if it's not cool yet. The room temp was ok when it's on but as soon as it shut-off it was hot...it takes awhile to turn back on. The staff promised that they will fix it . They will give us a discount next time we visit! |

Located away from the main expensive tourist area yet still within walking distance of the main attraction (the Niagara Falls). On a stay with a duration of longer than one night the rooms were not tidied and cleaned during the day between the nights. Clean towels were charged at an additional rate. |

Le lit était confortable Les rideaux n'occultaient pas assez la chambre, cela était beaucooup trop bruyant la nuit et il faut empreinter une rue assez sombre pour rentrer la nuit ce qui n'est pas rassurant. |
