Excellent customer service, small and quaint, close to parking and public transportation. Within walking distance to historic city center. Underground shopping. Quiet and clean.

Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Apartment was a decent size and reasonably private. The area was gay friendly and local people were friendly.

Hotel simple, quiet and organized. The staff was really helpful in everything imaginable: directions, parking, breakfast and everything else. An excellent location and value for money ... I recommend!

Close to everything, helpful, friendly staff, comfortable and stylish apartment with kitchen and great little balcony, affordable, greeted by wonderful breakfast delivery every morning.

Lack of coffeemaker in apartment; we were promised one and it never was brought by. Not enough seating in livingroom for four adults; small couch.

-breakfast starting at 8-8:30 -not very clean shower -not enough towels, at least put one for floor -got to hotel and entrance was locked, no reception -dangerous neighborhood, would not go out alone - carpeted floor felt dirty - thin walls - got cold at some point

Unbelievable value for money. Room was exceptionally nice and clean. Kind staff and very quiet.

Shower was extremely small, although it did have good pressure. Bed linens lacked quality.

Great value for money and very central location within downtown. Nicely decorated. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast made the stay even more enjoyable. Owners David and Giovanni were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely stay here every time I'm in Montreal.

No elevators, but staff is more than happy to assist you with luggage when you ask for help.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Rooms were comfy and very clean, nice and warm and even included a small fridge. Maid service every day. Great location right next to the Berri metro, and a short walk from many things. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much to say. There was no foot towel in bathroom. Only margarine for the croissants and toast, would have preferred butter. No deal breakers though.

Nothing like that

It's good location - close to Old City ant in a walking distance from old port and to the metro. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was not big, but enough for sleeping and having rest. If you expect to spent a lot of time in a hotel, probably you have to choose other place, but if is your plans to have fun in Montreal and to have decent place to sleep and have first cup of coffee - you can choose this hotel.

Great location, it's 2 minutes walk from a subway station in downtown. Great value for the price. Free wifi available.

The main entrance is locked and you have to punch a number. I rang and waited. You have to call to get the door open

The appartements are far from the hotel reception, it is a bit hard to carry your luggages and your children across the streets for 300 meters at night in the snow and when you arrive from your plane at 9 pm !

the sheets and bed were super soft. nice clean room, friendly staff. and the breakfast and tea and coffee facilities were a great bonus

Really great accommodations for the price! Staff were very friendly and hospitable, and breakfast was delicious.
