The price is interesting; breakfast is included; no fee for the parking; A good advice : if you want to have pastry at breakfast, you have to get up early : at 9 am all pastry was already gone.

Staff was friendly, efficient, cleaning staff friendly and did an excellent job each day. Room was clean, bathrooms clean and didn't smell at all, Fantastic.Breakfast was excellent. Good value for the dollar great location, very central for what my visit required. Will stay there again. Have recommended this facility to others..

Not much rush hour traffic at relatively inexpensive taxi-fare distance from airport to the hotel. A hearty breakfast with a variety of bread, muffins, hot scrambled eggs, yougurt, cereals, etc. Free newspaper every morning to read. TTC bus at door to take you to Subway stations. Being a long distance walker, I go walk to Sherway Gardens, shopping plaza or other plaza.

I booked a non smoking room with 2 queen beds, instead i was offered smoking with 1 double and 1 roll-out bed. At the end it was sorted out but receptionist acted like doing a favor for me.

Handy for airport as well as road to Niagara and into Toronto. You do need a car but there is plenty of parking space at the hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Simple accomodation and breakfast- ideal as a place to sleep and then go out.

Very clean comfortable. Best breakfast uncomparable to any best hotel waffle maker is a great idea! It must be atleast more than 3 stars rating. I prefer a coffee machine in room for 1st coffee. Very good

Great location, better price than other hotels in the area. Free parking with lots of spaces unlike some others. 2 Queen beds instead of 2 doubles, free wi-fi, clean bathroom. Vending machines don't work well and are out of a bunch of items. Still, they had some stuff and some items could be purchased, hardly any real inconvenience.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was especially with how budget-friendly the cost was. The hot/cold breakfast buffet had much more to offer than we had anticipated. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds are comfortable. Water is hot. Room temperature was comfortable. Not too hot, not too cold. Lighting was good. Table and chairs were comfortable No coffeemaker in the room and the tv was a wide screen but was not set up properly. The room was non smoking but there was a wiff of smoke/urine outside the door. The room would show better if time was taken to repair scatches and dents in the furntiure. Towels looks like they had been washed too many times

The complimentary breakfast, certainly had a good variety of items to choose from. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom & the room was clean which most people look for in a hotel The location was in an area that suited our needs. The price of the room was reasonable in to-day's market.

High value for money. The hotel is clean and the breakfast offered is good. Free wi-fi, free parking. very good facilities. As compared to those expensive hotels at downtown, this hotel offered much more than we expected. For sure I will stay there again if we were to visit Toronto. Just that there is no lift for rooms on the second floor, so if you are carrying big luggages with you and be assigned a room on the second floor, it may be a tough task for you to bring them up. Fortunately we are given a room at the ground level, and could even park our car in front of it. This made our job much easier!

This hotel is great. Great value for your money. It is really close to downtown TO and yet away from the craziness. It is extra clean, quiet and super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again. However, don't plan on eating the free breakfast.

I like your room design and facilities. And the excellent service of your staff. Thank you Please make more big size advertisment/Poster for your hotel's name or a direction signal at the cross road between Evans Avenue and other road. It will be easier for the travellers to find/know about your hotel.

This is the third hotel I tried of Booking.com, and it was by far the best value. The room I used was quite new, and the air conditioning was working and not too noisy. It had comfortable furniture, and was the best value in this cost range I have enjoyed. I have stayed in an array of hotels over the years, and this had most of the amenities of a more expensive hotel, but not the high cost. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

We would highly recommend this hotel/motel. The room was spacious, clean, the mattress was wonderful, and the pillows - we'd like to buy some pillows like this - seriously! The breakfast was the nicest we have experienced, even in Europe. The staff were courteous and helpful, and - what can we say - on our next trip to Toronto we would certainly stay here again.
