The room was very clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and hoonoured our request for a ground floor room. The breakfast was good and offered some choice. |

Free parking, easy to go, peaceful. Bus 123 to subway station (stop opposite the hotel) and from there 192 to the airport and green line to downtown. Good (but not yet scandinavian level) breakfast on weekdays. Only 1,5 km walk to the nearest shopping center, before that chinese food market on the left. Poor breakfast on the weekend. |

Just the basics. Simple layout, clean, no complications. Conveniently located directly south of the airport. Rooms are considerately furnished. Family owned, but uninspiring. Staff are helpful and courteous, but are not inclined to extraordinary conversation or information. Has the flavor or a typical franchise. Breakfast is uninspiring. Coffee is typically "Canadian" with no body or understanding of how coffee should "wake up" the soul of a traveler. |

The staff members were pleasant to deal with, helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was kept clean and good variety of food available. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and provided all the essentials. The reservation indicated the city/tourist tax was not applicable, however the invoice showed a destination marketing fee of 3%, which was explained to be the same thing. |

Very clean and well appointed hotel. Best value for the money. The staff is pleasant and courteous. The hotel is in the area that I visit most often. It's convenient to get to, and the check in/check out is smooth and trouble free. Lots of parking, and most of it convenient to the rooms. |

It was a good deal. I also liked that it was a pretty green hotel in terms of soap and shampoo and towels. Please seem my comment for question 1. The staff member that helped us did not put us at ease at all and seemed to almost make us feel like it was our fault. I would have liked to be reassured! At no point did he tell us not to worry or let us know he had a room! I did not complain in the end because we did a room. |

Excellent location, friendly staff and the 2 floor Stay Inn is in excellent condition and looks great. The continental breakfast was included and was the best I have ever seen. I expected coffee, juice & some pastries but instead there was a full self serve buffet that even had a waffle iron to make your own fresh waffles. Outstanding. I would not change a single thing and have already recommded the Stay Inn to our Montreal friends who visit Toronto. |

Very good value for the money. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Continental breakfast had more choice than we had expected also Only downside was we were put in what was termed a "single" room, meaning one queen bed instead of two. That meant there was only one reading lamp beside the bed. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, Tilava ja erinomaisen siisti huone, Iso kylpyhuone, Aamiainen kelvollinen, Tilava parkkipaikka ja alakerran huoneissa (kuten minulla) auton sai oman huoneen eteen. Taksit päivystivät parkkipaikalla läpi yön. Rauhallinen seutu. Iso ostoskeskus n. 2 km:n päässä. |
