We really enjoyed our stay here..the room was beautiful and contemporary. I rarely have a goodnight sleep in hotels, but this place had a comfortable, warm atmosphere. We will definitely return as well make recommendations.

A bit of outside noise from loud guests, but the hotel allowed for us to have a later check-out.

The staff were rude. The tv and remotes did not work even after being switched rooms. After relocating to the second room the faucet on the tub could not be turned off and was literally masking taped together! It was noisy as you heard everything and the location was terrible. Not worth the over $400 we would have paid, we stayed only 1 of 2 nights and demanded to leave for the second night. The manager clearly does not know "costumer satisfaction" as she did barley anything to make up for our stay. It was a terrible experience at Sterling and definitely would not return or recommended to anybody to stay there!

Beautiful and quiet.

We spilled wine on the floor and when we wiped it up the cloth was black with dirt.

It was very romantic. We stayed in room 114. It was extremely spacious and the Jacuzzi was an excellent choice. When we arrived the room was very clean, my boyfriend and I were very impressed. The bed and blanket was so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed. Complimentary breakfast in bed was a great way to to it off.

It would be ideal if there were more choices for the breakfast. There went any additional faculties except the spa. The spa and the hotel apparently arent connected so I couldnt charge the payment to the room which was unfortunate. Overall I have absolutley no complaints, there are a few things that can make the hotel better, but I had an amazing time.

Amazing rooms - they were huge! Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with double whirlpool bath.

Breakfast was a bit uninspiring. Diet yoghurts with nasty sweetener particulary bad!

The rooms were fantastic. Love the decor. Love the continental breakfast brought to the room.

The house keeping staff was very nice and always greeted us every time we saw them. The hotel is beautiful

The front staff was horrible, never welcomed us never said hi, in fact never said anything.the hotel is beautiful but the front staff is enough to keep us away. No ramp into the hotel so you had to carry your bags up the steps into the lobby and of course there was no one to help you except the woman at the front desk who didnt say anything, incredibly poor.

Contemporay Luxury Quietness

The Breakfasts - why bother? - It apeared as a breakfast of convenience for the hotel to put together, not for their guests. Hence I did not eat dinner at the hotel once, because of the breakfast received. For a luxury hotel the breakfast was poor in substance.

My wife and I were on our 5 year anniversary and I wanted to spoil and have amazing time without our kids. When we checked inn we were upgraded to a two room suite that was beyond what we expected. The cleanliness of the inn and the room was excellent . We had a spectacular time and will be back ..Our anniversary was great the location was good it was walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go. Thanks again Daryl &Sandra

Interesting building with tasteful individually furnished rooms. I am advised the onsite restaurant is of very high quality but we didn't stay long enough to give it a try. The location is good for access to the Falls and Table rock. We chose to eat out in Niagara on the Lake which is well worth a visit.

A swimming pool would be a nice additional facility. My main gripe would be that breakfast is only served in your room. I would have preferred a breakfast dining room, but others might like the idea of breakfast in bed. Somehow, boiled eggs in bed didn't do it for me!

We liked the size of the inn - intimate, and the size of our room - huge. The amenities inside the rooom - fireplace, kitchenette, jacuzzi tub for 2, and shower with body jets allowed for a spa-feeling right inside the room. It was quiet and calm inside the inn and set back off the Niagara Falls strip, in a quiet neighbourhood. Having a lovely restaurant and lounge (decor was divine) inside the inn made for a relaxing weekend that we did not need to leave the facility.

There was an air, and some examples, that the inn had not really been kept up to boutique standards once it was built a few years ago. There was a plank of laminate flooring buckled in our room,(right where we walked, so housekeeping could not have missed it), the fireplace insert had come away from its framing, and the door handles on the bathroom doors were loose and coming away from the door. With that being said, what we liked about the inn outweighed these small details.

La chambre était incroyable. Grand à souhait, de l'espace. Lit king très confortable, petit déjeuner dans la chambre servi à l'heure désiré, et inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Il est possible de visiter à pied et de se rendre aux chutes. L'emplacement était bien et proche des restaurants.

La vue est inexistante parce que l'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue. Mais le confort et la beauté de la chambre compensent.

The service was great the room was a "WOW" factor with the free upgraded to a 2 room jacuzzi suite! Location was great and in walking distance to all the attractions.

Comfortable beds and gorgeous rooms. Within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The location is great, close to everything. We have been upgrated to a deluxe room and it was very nice and big. The breakfast are great.

Staffs don't care about customers. For example: - The safe batteries were dead. We requested to have new ones 3 times (2 at the lobby and 1 at the cleaning guy) and 3 days later, nothing has been done. - The tissue box had 2 or 3 tissues in it, so we run out the first day and they never put a new box. - We have had the same glasses for 3 days, never be cleaned or put new ones.

1) Cleanliness was not what I expected. Dust-bunnies under & around the bed. Something splattered on the headboard & wall.

Staff and amenities were amazing! We have recommended it to all of our friends and cannot wait to visit again.
