The Stetson Inn is very good value for money and the staff are very friendly. The Stetson pub was a big hit with us. The bar staff were fun, the beer well kept and the food good at the price. If we're back in Calgary anytime soon on a budget that's where we are staying. Nothing ...... Oh maybe the wifi was a bit flaky but it worked for the most part .

The hotel price was fine and the restaurant prices and staff were friendly. The accommodations and room are in need of updating.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. Lots of road noise. We didn't mind it, but some might. And you can hear everything that's going on in the next room.

The Stetson Pub was the best part about this place. It was very homey and welcoming, and the food was great. The rooms need updating, and new weather stripping around the windows and doors.

Nothing Everything even for the small price it was the worst place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life both on business and leisure. I will never stay in that establishment again in my life and I will not only not recommend it to anyone I will tell anybody who asks to not even consider it for any reason.

I had been travelling for a very long time...I Asked that I not be disturbed. After aboit an hour a strange man walked strainght into my room using a key. I caaled the front desk and complained. I explained once again I needed to sleep. One hour later they called and woke me up and asked if the cable guy could come fix my tv. They were rude when I said no. The website adverisied the total cost off 80. I was charged 87. Felt very unsafe the entire time I was there.

Location and Price Too noisy. The walls are not sound proof, and I was woken up several times on both nights by noises in other rooms.

The rooms were unclean; in need of paint; an airconditioner that was old, noisy and circulating dirty air; lights bulbs missing, some burned out, wall plated falling off; old orange juice left in the fridge, cigarette butt on floor behind toilet; bed linens tread bear. NEVER WOULD I STAY AT THIS INN AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

I chose the Stetson Inn because of it's location. We had room 23 and 25. There was a party in room 24 all night long till 7 AM. There was no one at the front office to complain to. Calls to security got no results and we all had a sleepless night, and so it seemed, did a lot of other travelers. In the morning there was a dispute between the party people and a taxi driver, which resulted in police presence. Disgusting! Discussions with the front desk attendant the next morning about some sort of restitution resulted in nothing. He said he was to busy dealing with all the complaints. Unbelievable!

We found the staff to be very helpful and went out of their way to help us especially when we were trying to make phone calls to organise taxis, rental vehicles etc. When we were having trouble trying to get people to understand what we wanted they took over the call for us.They even stayed back late after the 11pm closing time to help us out with the prolonged phone calls.Absolutely lovely people and the cleanliness was wonderful as well. We would definitely come back again and will recommend you to others travelling over there All we need to do now is save a whole lot more money to come back again some day. We really loved Canada everywhere we went the people were helpful and very friendly.

Not too much, but it was about all that was available when I booked reservations in the city. The fact they tried to scan my driver's licence and retain private information on their computer in violation of my rights to privacy under Canadian Charter of Rights. When I have the time I will be filing a complaint with the Alberta Privacy Commissioner; if they confirm my position in this matter I will seek a classaction law firm to have an action certified against the company that owns and operates the motel as well as the booking company.
