well appointed suite style rooms with kitchenette, friendly staff, very clean, refreshing and wholesome complimentary breakfast. A great place to stay "off-casino". 24- hour grocery and beer store kitty corner to hotel...nicely situated. Minutes from Casino Rama!

It was very nice for the price, it cost a quarter of what it would cost to stay at the Casino Rama and the taff at the Hotel were awesome!!! The fact that we didn't book the casino package and had to pay for a cab to get to the casino for the show.Still saved a LOT of money this way though!!!

Room size and amenities - coffee, fridge, M/W,sink. Great bathroom -new fixtures and good size.living area big. Breakfast was pretty good, a little above average. Keurig out all day was a real plus - add Hot chocolate to choices. No queen bed choice, either 2 doubles or King suite. Pool was small and right next to lounge - no privacy when wearing onlr bathing suit.

The room was as nice as I remembered when I was there with the Red Hat gals. The entrance has a warm atmosphere and the powder room still has cloth hand towels...... My husband didn't like the coffee supplied in the room. I was disappointed by the fruit as I am on a strict diet and thought you had fresh fruit last time. Small stuff but you asked.... No serious complaints here.

We loved the room, the amenities are super, the robes are so nice, the pool and hot tub are great. We really appreciated the complimentary horsd'eurves on Friday night and love the breakfast. The internet connection was slow. Have you thought of installing hand held showers in your bathrooms?

The mattress was exceptional. We were on the 3rd floor and it took 15 minutes for the shower water to get to a comfortable warm temperature.

Your hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We never had an issue with noise, which is always a a problem when staying at a hotel. We were close to anything we needed and the cost of the room was exemplary! The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay again. Nothing.

The room and hotel very clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. I needed to stay an extra day and I knew they were already booked but somehow they managed to let me have the same room for one more night. My room was on the second floor right on top of the receptionist and I could hear the phone ringing however, because the bed was so comfortable it will take me just a few minutes to fall asleep.

Friendly greeting as soon as you arrive, all staff acknowledge you. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great having a kitchen in the rooms too. Chocolates on the beds is a welcoming sign. Our 4th trip there and one of our favourite hotels. the hot tub had too much chlorine in it.

I really enjoyed the 3 times that we have stayed at your hotel. I enjoyed the horsdeurves on Friday and I like the breakfast, you have cereal and that is just about all I ever eat in the morning. The rooms are super, they have everything to make a stay comfortable. However... ......There was a lot of static electricity in the room. I got zapped several times. Taking the bathrobe off was an experience, you could hear the crackle of static when I took it off. Perhaps some Static Guard or some such product would help. This is my only complaint.

Had a wonderful experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the firplace for a cold winter night. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was large and very comfortable and a nice surprise. Loved the bed, pillow and duvet. We come to Orillia often since our son attends Lakehead University and we visit him. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. I am a light sleeper and don't usually sleep well. No outside noise at all and slept like a baby. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back. My only advice would be to have some kind of mat or boot tray inside or just outside the room in the winter months. Felt bad coming into the room with our very messy boots and walking on the nice carpet.

Nice rooms Good location near ski hills In the housekeeping unit, the kitchen was very poorly appointed: one small pot and one small fry pan. No cutting knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, oven mitts, oven dishes etc etc The hot tub was badly serviced. Not clean water and lots of scum over 60 percent of the surface area when turned on When I spoke to the front desk she said it was not her department. Quite dismissive. No one expects the front desk to deal with hot tub water. But its her job to refer the concern.
