Very clean and comfortable for the few hours spent there.
Free shuttle to casino rama
Not told where the pick up was
The staff and free Rama bus
The free breakfast sucks
I liked everything about this hotel especially the bed.
Staff were friendly and room was clean and cozy.
My lasagna was burnt when It arrived after an hour but the drinks and nachos were great.
We loved the whole package!!! It was an amazing night!!!!!!
cleanliness of all areas in the hotel little extras (e.g. mint chocolates) dishes, appliances provided breakfast included location
being in a room next to the pool (early morning noise -- children were loud in pool at 7:15 am) -- some of us want to be able to sleep in a little, particularly on a weekend
We were attending an event at Casino Rama. From Stone Gate, it's quite a bit of a drive; but anyways, we got to do some shopping along the way.
I was very impressed loved everything and would love to go back again.
Pool and hot tub were nice...children swim while parents soak.
I didnt like the adjoining door to the next room...our neighbours were not to loud but if they had been we would have heard it.
Pretty well everything. No complaints whatsoever.
complimentary 5p.m. lounge munchies
Did not like that it wasn't mentioned to pre-book the shuttle to the casino. Booked with booking.com and it had no mention to pre-book. parking needs work
The location is great and easy to find plus having a 24 grocery store and a beer store across the street is great. Staff are fantastic and have a wonderful sense of humor, always polite and courteous and efficient.
Convenient located across the road from a variety store and beer store
No stove top to cook things on
Location was great the shuttle was awesome back and forth to the casino. Breakfast was good. Nice pool the beds were comfortable.
There wasn't anything.
friendly staff; comfortable and hospitable facilities; breakfast included; convenient location for our purposes; extra effort to provide room for an extended stay
housekeeping staff missed supplying room with towels on second day
Pool and hot tub
-free breakfast -free shuttle to and from the casino -reasonably priced
-small pool -small breakfast area
Bed was comfortable. Room was relaxing. Kitchenette was handy.
Eating area was small. Not conducive to sitting around when it gets busy.
Everything. Even had snow brushes at door.
We were there for a hockey tournament.....people were super friendly and accommodating!!!! Love the breakfast in the cozy lounge and girls there were super friendly...thank you!!! We highly recommend this hotel!!!!!! :) :)
This was a welcome change from the usual hotels in the area. All rooms are suites and although we had the smallest one, the kitchen was handy complete with dishes, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. Very quiet, couldn't hear other guests or traffic.
Rooms were lovely and well equipped. They even have turn down service. Kitchen had everything you needed. Robes were appreciated and comfortable. Pool and spa appreciated. Shuttle to casino appreciated also.
Would like the option of a full breakfast rather than continental however, it was lovely and came close to a full breakfast.
everything other than fridge do to noise
the fridge was noise
Our room was spotless and we liked having the bedroom and kitchen/living room separate. Great staff too!!! We would definitely come back.
The complimentary buffet breakfast is set up in the bar near the front desk. The coffee/tea, toaster and baked goods are all set up on the bar so guests are in each other's way trying to make their breakfast. A smaller table is set up on a different side of the room with yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausages and juice. The traffic in that small space on a Saturday morning is high and we noticed some guests getting annoyed. We got our breakfast before the rush so we were fine but that would be my only suggestion - to change the set-up for the buffet.
