A few unusual "cracking" noises in the night. Heating/air a bit slow to respond to change and never actually reaches desired temperature. Lockable safe box didn't work and hotel couldn't fix it

outdoor hot tub and pool area suite size and layout, beautiful nice to have 2 full bathrooms in a suite

parking underground was tight

The beds were amazingly comfortable! Lots of space, great for the whole family. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice pool area.

The rooms were fairly clean however, dusting and floors could have been better maintained. The bbq lid was also broken and the late night young people coming back from the night life was distracting and disturbing with their partying continued on the decks.

Beds were comfy, unit was very clean and contained all the essentials.

Just so happened to be too crowded in hot tub at out visit and pool was just a little too cold to stay in for very long

The flexibility of the policies and friendliness of the staff. Beautiful place! New. Classy. Kitchen & BBQ well stocked. Fresh cream in fridge, not powder chemical whitener. Generous with bath salts, free coffee, lotions etc.

Odd layout of our bedroom. (Cramped with doors crashing into each other).

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. we loved staying there and will come back another time.

The pillows and bed were terrible why not have normal sized pillows instead of 10 small ones!!! Also there were not enough towels

How friendly and helpful the staff were. They were always willing to help out and give advice before and throughout the trip. The rooms were always cleaned really well which was a huge plus.

Spacious and relaxing. Good amenities. Close to everything. Staff was very attentive and accomdating.

Bed frame fell apart on us at 2am in the morning. Could hear most noises from beside and above us... no soundproofing.

Well to begin with. We were given an upgrade and didn't even realize it til we got inside our suite. What a nice surprise and staff didn't even mention it at check in. Kitchen was great! We wanted for nothing. Everything was provided. Washrooms were clean and luxurious. Bedroom was spacious with access to the balcony. Beds were comfy. Our view of the swimming pool, and hot tub was very nice

I'm just nitpicking. DVD player was not hooked up to the tv so reception was not good. I spent a lot of time trying to reposition the antenna so the picture and sound were not scratchy. Hook your DVD player to the tv. There's no Pay Per View provided. Would have rather rented something I want to watch then what was on hand already. If you can't go the way of PPV yet then at least you can throw away your old DVD selection and have a DVD kiosk placed in the lobby with new up to date titles. You get a percentage of the profits as well and no maintenance needed. There are kiosk providers that look after them for you. We have one at our local 7-11 and macs. Very easy and very convenient if you can't provide PPV. That's it! Everything else was great!

We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite and it was stunning. Beds were huge and comfy and the suite had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

The suite was beautiful, very convenient with the gourmet kitchen and gas bbq. Lots of room for all of us.

We didn't like that pets are not allowed. There should be a deposit fee for pets like at other hotels( Radisson), as there are a lot of responsible pet owners out there.

front desk staff provided little to know information about the hotel when we checked in and were not very friendly.

Room was lovely - liked the vaulted ceiling and the amount of space so we could socialize with another couple. TVs in the living room and bedroom was great.

The sound of snow clearing early in the morning, a running toilet mentioned to the desk as we went out for dinner was never addressed and would have been nice to have robes in the room.
